Terrible service and store is dirty! Employees followed my daughter and I around the store. When we walked in, my front zipper was open on my backpack. I had just dropped my keys in it and forgot to close it. We were so excited to find rhw store closer to our hotel. We are visiting for a dance competition and are in town for 8 days. We wanted to fill bags for her dance friends. O e employee, Claudette, followed my daughter and I around the entire time. She stood at the sour candies as we made a bag, she stood by the gummies and flares at my daughter and I. She followed us to all of the stuffed toys. She would be standing and glaring. I flared back and asked if she needed something. She said. “Your dress looks nice.” At check out, I asked the young lady if I could pay with two forms of payment. I wanted to use my $50 VISA gift card. I showed her and mentioned it was only $50. One of the other young ladies who had been watching us was there too. She grabbed the card, and said, “your card is declined we won’t take it.” I explained how it worked and asked if she put i! $50 since our order was $126.50. The girls remarked, “it is no good here!” Anne, the manager, came over and I explained. She kept telling me how they can’t run credit cards they can only do chips. I showed her the package and explained again. She disagrees with me a few times And said she has to call another manager. A gentleman appeared from the back room and helped her call. Nobody answered. I explained again how to do it. She ran it for $50, voila! It worked. She followed me to our car and apologized because she saw all the employees and how they interacted with us. I am so upset that I spent my Money here. Learn from our mistake! There are many of these stores in Myrtle! Our first experience was close to Barefoor landing! The family was incredible their! The store was clean and well Kept. We were trapped there during the storm on 7/10/22. Go there instead!! It was a Mom, husband and their 21 year old daughter working. So embarrassed and disgusted with the way they...

Staff was so rude as soon as I walked in. It was as if someone had irritated them and they took it out on me and my kids. A lady yelled to keep an eye on your kids, and in a rude sarcastic way. She proceeded to talk outloud about what it was that was irritating her the entire time I was there. When I was getting close to checking out, another younger girl kept asking if I was ready to checkout, and my kids were asking me thousands of questions about getting this and that. I couldn't get a word out because I was concentrating on them. She then said "why didn't you just say no im not ready to checkout" to the other lady behind the counter from earlier. Like I was completely deaf or spoke a different language no knowing what she was saying. I then stopped her and told her I wasn't trying to be rude, but I couldn't think due to the millions of questions my kids were asking me. I understand that is a hard environment to work in, however it should be enjoyable for my kids and myself. Im already miserable going (lol), I dont want to be made a mockery of while im there. We habe gone to the same store for years now, and I will...

It was ok. They had very few options left for ice cream when we were there. I asked for 2 scoops of 3 different ice creams in 3 separate cups. I had to explain that a few too many times. Idk if there was an accent issue or what but we only were given 1 scoop each after I explained it at least 3 times. One of the employees seemed not too happy to be there. I felt kind of put off by that. My son even said he felt like she was annoyed by her job. Also it was a bit expensive for 3 little cups of ice cream especially since I could have gotten 3 blizzards from DQ for about the same price. Which is honestly where I should have gone and will next time. The ice cream WAS good. Even tho we only ended up getting 1 scoop each bc she just couldn't grasp what I was asking for. 3 ppl wanted 2 scoops of ice cream each. We all wanted different flavors. Idk. It wasn't the best experience I'm...

We love going here! In fact I bribe my kids when we get down here that they each get 20 pieces of candy to start and then by the end of the week, they can either earn more of loose it by their behavior. So today they got to pick out their candy. Their selection of chocolate, salt water taffy, gummies, sours, and hard candy is outstanding. They mostly sell by bulk and you can mix the bulls together which is super nice and convenient. They also sell shirts, trinkets, cups, and other candies that kids and grown ups love. I had 5 kids pick out an average of 25 pieces of candy, and I picked out a giant bag of saltwater taffy! Then I got about a 2 pound bag of toffee bites cuz they are my favorite and the total was $60. Pictured is one of my daughter's two bags (my oldest picked about 2 pounds of candy since she's not on a behavior plan). Definitely love it here!!!!!

This is such a neat place! The vibrant colors draw you into the store and the wide variety of candy fun keeps you there. There is a huge collection of loose candy, which sells for over $15 a pound. If you can think of a candy they probably have it. They also have a wide variety of other options like clothing, toys, novelty candy, and stuffed animals. They also have 32 different flavors of ice cream. My personal favorite was the brownie store. My family also loved the lemon flavor. I bought the ice cream was fairly priced and if you got a good amount for what you paid. They had cookies and fudge for sale too. The only issue with is that the store is a bit expensive, which is to be expected at a specialty store while on vacation. I would highly recommend going, it will make you feel like a kid again. Willy Wonka doesn't have anything on this place
