Well I'm just disappointed. EDIT: I wish I had read the reviews!!!
I called because the name is express delivery, but when I asked for delivery I got hung up on. I called back because I realized it was very close by and perhaps it was a mistake. Decided to just order for pick up and this time I was able to place my order without being disconnected. I always order the same thing my first time trying a new place, chicken and broccoli combo and crab Rangoon, pretty simple and universally the same. My Food was ready with perfect timing and I Hate to even be negative because the lady was delightful, BUT right off the bat I was told they didn't have chopsticks (it's a personal pet peeve/autistic trigger) so left feeling disappointed already and when I sat down and tried it my heart sank. I haven't been in a financial position to get takeout in almost a year and I finally had a little extra and decided to treat myself and I regret it. It was not terrible but I have made better stir fry myself, that's the only way I can describe it, as if you had chicken or turkey sitting around and you got a back of broccoli and out it over day old rice, maybe they don't use MSG? Perhaps it was pre-made and just out of season vegetables? I wish it had been cheaper for what I wound up getting. When it came to the ragoon /cheese wonton ... just not good, and I am always prepared to be disappointed with crab rangoon, everywhere is different and they are never the same but it seemed like it was just crab and maybe cheddar. They were wrapped and fried well they just had no substance or flavor. The egg roll was juat bad , soggy oil filled tiny little salt cabbage pocket. And i will mention i wound up eating about 45 minutes after i picked it up, so it was cold and the copious am amounts of oil had congieled. Again she was very nice, I just wish the food was worth it. I could have made a stir fry and Rangoon from scratch for...
Read moreI order my food .. It came to 21 $ I tell them to inform the driver to bring enough change for a 100$ bill because that's all I have .. They said thank you for telling us I will let the driver know . Well when the driver get here I try to give her a 100$ bill and she said she doesn't have change .. So now she has to go back (after I already waited 40min) to get the change . 20min pass and I call the restraunt to see how much longer and explain to them I don't want any cold food. The said she should be coming any moment now and it wouldn't be cold.. I said ok . 10min later the driver called me private asking me if I still want my food .. I'm like of course I'm hungry long as it's not cold fine.. She says ok .. A lil over 10more min she calls me and says hey I didn't think the food was warm enough for you so I bring it back I said ok thank you.. I was under the impression that they was remaking it and was going to deliver it ..well 20more min pass and I call and ask how much longer on my order .. The manager says well she told me she told you she wasn't bringing it cause it got to cold . I said I thought u guys was going to remake it . The manager says no we are to busy she just not going to bring it basically making it seem like it's my fault and I'm explaining to him I told them about my hundred dollar bill. The manager he sounds Jamaican or African tells me it's not his problem .. I worked at McDonald's as a manager for 3years and over all the customer service was HORRIBLE.. They never said sorry or even tried to fix the problem they just didn't serve me .. This place is horrible and I will never give...
Read moreThe whole experience was wonderful. Me and my wife walked in and sat down because someone else was there. The lady taking the order finished up and came to us and gave us the menu. She was patient. When we were ready, we came to her and said what we wanted. She also answered a question I had with no hesitation. We ordered, sat down again, and waited. It was only her and another woman, but the wait time wasn’t bad at all. She then brought our food to the table in a bag, thinking we got a to-go order, but we ended up staying. When she noticed, she brung us plates and spoons. The food was fantastic. I got the Lo Main and the Sweet & Sour chicken, while my wife got the Curry Chicken. We both enjoyed our meal, definitely filled us up and we still had leftovers! We forgot to order beverages so I went up to her again. She was still happy when I asked if I could get tea. They didn’t sell cups of tea but the 1/2 gallon of tea was still good. Little more than $5 while other places probably would have would 2 cups for $2 each. Payed for it and she then gave me two styrofoam cups without me asking. Finished eating and while we were getting up, she asked if we wanted another bag, to replace our old one. I said yes since we took everything out the bag. She brung the bag and helped put the food in the bag. I had to tip her, she was very nice and helpful. Enjoyed it there, and if I could come back as often as I could, then I for sure...
