First let me start by saying i only gave it one star because zero stars isnt an option and the pancakes were great! However we sat down then shortly after that, two more tables were seated near us. Our food was brought out last. The rude girl bringing our food, brought my order of toast out and when I said I wanted it to come out at the same time as my order. She said my order was up and she was bringing it right out... 13 minutes and two tables later, we got our food. It was cold so we didnt eat our food we ate the pancakes and sirloin tips. When I said something about our food being cold she admitted our food has been ready and waiting to be brought our but she was running behind. The other plates where half eaten only because my eight year old and nine year old were starving, so they ate what they could, maybe half, maybe. We were charged for the toast, which I sent back. And bacon on a sandwich that we didnt order or get. We did not get refills on any drink and no one would wait on us after I questioned the staff as to why we are getting our food last and about my toast being cold. Sirloin takes a while to cook but that's what hit our table first! It was cold. My grits had already hardened. Eggs were all stuck together. I mixed it all together trying to make it edible. I couldnt do it. I called the manager over there and he said there is nothing he could do but give a 20% discount and was questioning why we ate any of the food. He then went and told the girl that was rude, Adrianne is what I was told her name was, to come out and apologize and we could hear her say very loudly that she wasnt coming out here so i can get smart with her. I never cussed any of them or raised my voice in way to draw attention, i said what i had to say to her when she was bringing the stuff out. Parts of our order was wrong also. Nothing was even said or done to even attempt to make the situation better. Everyone disappeared including the manager while we waited to check out. We walked out the door and the rude girl ran around the corner and locked the door on us. It was still four minutes til closing. Our bill being almost 53.00 after the toast was taken off and half eaten food. We dont mind paying for our meal, if it's worth it. Even if the food is bad as long as the service is good, I am happy. This was a horrible experience and I was the only one wanting IHOP since they are all closed where Im from.... wonder why. Needs new management and someone that can not be scared of the employees. I would like to start off by stating me and my wife should have turned around and walked out at the first red flag… we where seated at a table that was not cleaned prior to our being seated. The waitresses actually cleaned the table while we were still seated. I said okay that’s not a big deal….then the rest of the meal took a nose dive. We ordered our food it came out really really fast second red flag because the hash browns were extremely undercooked. I mean raw potatoes and cold to the touch. I’ve provided pictures of the before and after. When my pancakes arrived I asked for a specific syrup. I was told they only have sugar free and regular okay no problem. I’ll have sugar free she said sure. The syrup never came at all I guess she forgot. I had to eat my pancakes with regular because of course my hash browns were not cooked and the waitress was smart enough to just bring us hash browns and not just take our whole meal and do it over. So since I was starving I had to resort to eating everything that was edible. The hash browns came and they were definitely cooked this time but I had already consumed my entire meal by then. I ate half the hashbrowns because ofcourse I paid for them but I am extremely upset and disgusted by this whole experience. The waitress should have offered to make the meals over. I don’t like to argue or make problems so I did as she suggested. I have a very short temper and I don’t want to act ill mannered while everyone is starting their days. Upon leaving I noticed the vent in the ceiling next to our table was leaking drops of water and the vent itself was covered in mold. I mean come on man. The restaurant is dirty. The food is not cooked properly. The waitress forgets things and the suggestion for correcting errors is supplying subpar options. The waitress also did not apologize upon bringing the new hash browns. Myself personally I would have been embarrassed to have such a horrible error take place. I did not let it ruin my day but I needed to say something about this. The food that was edible and provided was nothing special at all.

Read moreAttended breakfast on 8/31/24 with my family and received terrible service from waiter Maksim G and manager lou. Waiter was in a rush and did not take my drink order after taking my wife’s he walked away and i had to call him back over. He did not bring several requested items to the table and while paying for food the waiter attempted to charge the card twice. I assume from moving so fast. Manager lou came over and insisted we pay again and asked my wife “ do you have enough money to pay?” This is highly disrespectful and unacceptable. I assumed because we were an african American family she suspected that we could not cover the cost. According to another manager she brought over to the table their system charged the card and kicked the charge back out. We showed proof that our card was charged and still had three people standing over us stating we did not pay. After contacting the bank and having customer service speak with the managers they were aware that we paid. We were still being harassed by the waiter in which the manager lou informed him that she would take care of it and to leave it alone as we were contacting the bank. I will be contacting corporate about this! And to hover over someone is very disrespectful and appeared as they were attempting to hold us against our will as if we were going to walk out. We didn’t do that! Out of the respect we have for ourselves and children we stayed until it was resolved after repeatedly explaining that we paid and even being told by the bank that we had paid we were still being treated as we were not able to pay. I will never visit this place again. Not trying to encourage anyone to do that but please be aware of what happened and how things happen in restaurants because of this. But as respectful and responsible people we did not try to escalate this although we were being provoked in many ways.
