Crisp and Green — Restaurant in Nashville-Davidson

If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would. This was hands down the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I ordered a Buffalo Blue wrap and a Crispy Medi wrap without red wine vinaigrette. Even though there was no line, I had to wait about 10 minutes to place my order while the employees stood around chatting with each other.

The Buffalo Blue wrap was incredibly disappointing -- it was overloaded with blue cheese to the point that it completely ruined the flavor. When I received the Crispy Medi wrap, it had red wine vinaigrette on it, even though I had specifically requested it without.

I politely asked for it to be remade, but instead of correcting the issue, the employee gave me a nasty attitude, insisted I never made that request, and even told me I shouldn't be ordering wraps at the register. When I calmly reiterated my request, she continued to argue rather than just fixing the mistake. She was visibly angry about having to remake the wrap.

Overall, the experience was unprofessional and disrespectful. I won't be returning, and I strongly discourage others from visiting if they expect even basic...

I had a free meal from the General Manager that I went to use today (Sunday, 8/6, 11:30am). From the moment I walked in, the service was impeccable. The lady who made my food seemed to know about my free meal. I offered to show her the email from the GM but she said no need. I told her I would pay for the one meaI, since I was ordering two. I ordered The Bold and the Buffalo for myself and the Cinco de Light for my wife. When I went to pay, she told me that both meals were on the house and hoped I liked them. I was touched by this gesture. I don't ever expect to receive free food, especially two free meals! Crisp and Green righted the wrong, and then some! And both meals were exceptional. I like to consider myself a buffalo wing connoisseur, so when I say that the buffalo sauce used on the chicken was AMAZING, I hope that carries some weight! I’d love to personally point out the General Manager Billy and thank him for the energy he gave me for my order. He not only is an exceptional employee but he also goes above and beyond for his customers and I could tell with each interaction with him. Today I had made a order and it had went through doordash where the dasher had given me the wrong order. A lot of miscommunication had happened before he arrived at the store and after 30 minutes had went by, I called again and Billy had answered. He was very swift and kind, as well as patient and diligent. He had contacted Doordash for me to receive my correct order and he not o my made sure to give me a refund but also gave me a fresh bowl for my inconvenience. I was very pleased with how he confronted the situation and how well he communicated through this situation.
