I was looking forward to treating myself and my friends to a Spa Day for my birthday, but I couldn't even get past the booking stage! I inquired about booking a private room weeks in advance through the website, but I never received a follow-up email or call. I then called and spoke to someone, who sent me an email on the packages, and she also added the person who usually does the booking for private parties to the email. After we made our selections, I notified her...no response. Last week I sent the email to other staff member (the owner), again no response. So I called yesterday to book the room and was told booking was full that day. I stated that I had been communicating with two different people to book on this day, and now you are saying it's completely booked! She then says, let me check to see if YOU are the reason you can't book the room, and I'll call you back. I did not receive a return phone call. I have never experienced such terrible customer service and communication from an establishment that has such a high star rating!
Update: I received an apology-email concerning the communication issue with the booking. So, I and my friends were able to attend the spa for my birthday celebration. The services we received were GREAT!!! Everyone was completely satisfied with their spa treatment. I had the 50-minute massage with deep tissue and stones. I should have gotten the 80-minute massage! Read moreI can’t say enough good things about my experience at R+R Wellness—it was truly the most luxurious, restorative spa day I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, every detail was thoughtful and calming, and the entire team made me feel completely cared for.
I had the best massage of my life with Jessica, who has an unbelievable gift. It genuinely felt like she could read my body—she instinctively knew exactly where I needed attention, and I left feeling lighter, looser, and completely renewed.
I also had a hydra facial with Cayla, and it was both innovative and incredibly effective. My skin felt like butter afterward. The glow was unreal, and the next day my makeup and skincare applied like a dream.
The plush robes and VIP relaxation room were the cherry on top—cozy, serene, and perfect for soaking it all in between treatments. I also tried the wave bed, which was a surprisingly powerful addition to the day. It deepened the sense of relaxation in a way I didn’t expect.
And a huge shoutout to Kelly, the director of spa operations, who went above and beyond to make the whole experience seamless and peaceful. She set the bar for what a spa day should be—gracious, grounding, and deeply restorative.

Services were a bit pricey but for the Grand Hyatt amenity that was expected. Tony at the front desk was awesome; I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment and she rescheduled at a later time to allow me to tour the facility, shower, and relax. My masseuse Jeremiah was absolutely amazing and took the attention and care to accommodate my injury while still providing me with a great, relaxing, and much needed massage and add on services were top tier (exfoliating foot scrub and eye mask). Tony at the front desk was thoughtful to inform me the exfoliating brush was included and my lotion gift with my package. I also purchased the oil used in the steam room and everytime I use my product I’m right back in the spa feeling the relaxation all over again. Treat yourself to the R&R spa; you won’t regret it.
