E+ROSE Wellness Cafe - Downtown Nashville at The 505 — Restaurant in Nashville-Davidson

Horrible. Should have just went to Starbucks. The barista had a horrible attitude. Like she was being inconvenienced. My wife and I stopped in to get a coffee. Wife asks if she can get a soy latte. Employee says we don’t have soy. Wife says ok can we have oat milk. Employee says yes. Employee then asks if she wants almond milk. We said no, we’ll stick with the oat. No big deal. I asked for a medium coffee. Employee said drip? I said yes. How about she gave me some coffee that most have been sitting there for hours! It was about 4:00pm. It was cold. I asked her if we could get hot and employee said, well I’m going to have to make a fresh one and looked at us like we were idiots. Employee said, I didn’t know you wanted it hot. So she made another one with much attitude. Then I went to pay with a 50, and she pulls this sign out from behind something that says we don’t take bills above a 20. Then gave attitude about that. I was like jeez, we didn’t see that sign, you just pulled it out. I mean we just rolled into Nashville and are staying across the street with 10 other people for a week. Could have brought MUCH business over there. Absolutely not!...

Horrible Experience! I got a blueberry muffin there that was not cooked at all today at 1:04 pm I took the muffin back in to exchange it for something different and the manager wouldn't exchange it. He was a black haired guy with glasses. Kinda looked like he might be from India or of that ethnicity. The customer service was horrible. I told him I was gonna leave reviews about this on every business profile I could find and he still said he didn't care and he was gonna exchange it because I had eaten some of it. I actually took a piece of it off and tried to eat it and couldn't so I threw that piece away. When I told him that they weren't some he tried to tell me that they were and that's how all of them were. When I asked for his name so that 8 could put it on the review he tried to out smart me by asking me to leave the store thinking that I wouldn't so that he could call the cops and make it look like I was some out raged nuisance so that he could look justified but I didn't fall into the trap... I left immediately. He never gave me his name! I bet everyone who works under him...

Love their food and products. They taste fantastic every time, but they are slightly inconsistent. I have gotten the brain fuel several times and it’s tasted a little different each time. My main problem is the coffee lids, they have split every time I’ve gotten a coffee and it’s frustrating bc some always spills. Also wanted to mention that they have curbside as an option but it really isn’t. I had my dog with me in the car so I did curbside pickup and then called to let them know I was there for curbside pickup when i got there after a few minutes of waiting and they said you can just come in. I put my car information in so that I could do curbside, so it was frustrating. Also with my dog in the car, he was in my seat and I spilled half my coffee getting back in the car. If curbside wasn’t an option I would have left him at home. Again, love the food and coffee, but a few...
