The Ariston — Restaurant in Nashville-Davidson

Went to this place while in town, my second time visiting over the past year. Humidor is good, but a little over priced from your normal local cigar shops. However, my issue was the service. I normally don’t post these reviews but fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on you. During both my visits, the service and staff were no where to be seen. Me and my wife sat there for the duration of a cigar without so much as a “hello” from anyone. The only response I received until leaving was when buying the cigar, I was told to grab a drinks menu and take it back to my seat and they would “come check on you in a minute.” That never happened. Never even received a water. We were one of only 7-8 people in there. The last visit we were there only one in there and this still happened. If you’re looking for a stuffy cigar place, this is it. They are wining on the service and atmosphere. If you want an open space .. nice leather seating and a comfortable Bae with access to "higher end" cigars - The Ariston is the place for you. They have some accessible - price-wise - cigars available, if you buy that to then smoke what you cam with ... will be a cutting fee otherwise. Nice bar selection. And appreciate the 1930s /1940s lounge feel. By the way if visiting the area like I was it is worth learning about their other location Nashville Cigars in Green Hills. This is definitely the place though to have the experience of a lounge if with a group that want to feel like they are doing big things for...

Classy without pretention, The Ariston was indeed a breath of fresh air on my recent stay in Nashville. From wines and whiskey to Mezcal and Tequila, everything you could ever want to pair a cigar with is here. It is all expertly curated with no filler bottles in sight, meaning no choice will be bad choice for whatever libation you choose.
