Worse service ever. I called because I was driving to place an order. I was told to go online. I advised the person I was driving and wanted to place and order. He told me was busy. Then asked me to hold and then release the line after a fine minute wait. Would have normally just given up but family visiting from Dc that wanted this pizza. I go to the store and I tell the person. At the register of my call. He goes to the back for 5 minutes and comes back to tell me that I had to order online he couldn't take orders in the store. A latino family comes in and attempts to order. He orders his food online. The man asks a question. The types in tonthe mans translator after verbally expresssing. he couldnt wait inside. They went to the car. Finally get the food. No thank you. Just state it on the counter and walked away. I asked for para. We don't have any. Asked for red pepper fake we don't have any. Can I get bag and fors. Place it the counter and walked away again. As my friend and I walked out the door. He hope over the counter and immediately looked the door and turned off the lights. Time 855. With all the time wanted not taking orders and pretending to busy. They could have mafe or visit as well as the other families visit better. By the way we got there at 820. Read moreI had a horrible experience here yesterday if only there was a 0star option. I ordered online for a delivery waited about a hour for them to tell me they don’t deliver to Fisk after my pizza was out for delivery. I talked to the delivery girl she told me I would get a discount when it should of been free. I get to the location the general manager Aron was very rude and had an attitude when I got there. I ordered a pepperoni all of a sudden it was cheese and told us we picked the wrong pizza. I think we know the difference between cheese and pepperoni. While on the phone your driver just told me it must be something wrong with the website because it shouldn’t of let us get a pizza delivered to Fisk so obviously it must be a glitch. So we wanted to speak to someone hire up and Aron the general manager also said he owned the place and that they were not a corporate store. So apparently he owns the place and is the manager also. So he keeps asking us what we want after we told him a pepperoni pizza 10 times. Out of the blue he decides to cancel our order and runs to the back after they screwed up everything up (probably lazy and didn’t want to make a new pizza). Read moreAVOID THIS LOCATION We were visiting Nashville last weekend. On our last night(4/21/24) we ordered online at 7:18pm and pizza to be delivered to our hotel(Hampton Inn). We ordered from 214 25th Ave N, Nashville, TN 37203. It said 60min. At 8:18pm…we had no pizza. We called at 8:24pm. The guy who answered wasn’t very nice….cut my husband off(who was being super nice) and said “it’s in route” and hung up on him. We waited until almost 9pm….called at 8:54pm…the phone picked up and went right to music…we waited…no one answered. Tried again at 9pm…same thing. We never got the pizza and were charged for it including tip. We called once back home in Chicago on Monday (4/22/24) at 5:15pm. The person who answered sounded like the guy from night before(not 100%) and we asked to talk to manager. A person came on claiming to be the “Manager” and gave no name and didn’t say sorry or give explanation….all they said it was refunded. It wasn’t. I had to go through my credit card company to reverse charge. We’ve had jets pizza many times back home and love it. This was horrible experience, bad employees and I will be sharing with others about this particular store everywhere.
