5 stars just for the bowls!!! They need to stop hiring all these young people that don’t know common sense…The East Nashville location is very unsanitary!!! I stopped in and took notice of the worker wiping down with a spray bottle.. As she approached the counter I kindly asked her to wash her hands before preparing my bowl… she was very polite and didn’t give any back talk like the other workers.. C’mon for Christ sake you just handled chemicals and you want to go and make someone’s bowl… I shouldn’t have to ask the worker to wash their hands… maybe if they were trained properly this...

Buyer beware- I’ve ate here quite a bit between this location and East. Thought it was good until I was eating their straight acai and noticed something off.

They purposely and misleadingly don’t fill the bowl, and layer it in a way you are barely getting half of what you pay for. It’s even worse when you consider paying for a larger “size”. I’ve probably spent over $300+ here and they will not get another dime from me when there are other local places that don’t scam their customer base. Best açaí bowls I’ve ever had! The consistency of the açaí is perfect, and it really doesn’t melt easily. I love the coconut oil with the granola in particular, and I appreciate the allergy-friendly options.

Only thing is their posted menu’s prices for add-ons or upgrading to gluten free granola have been slightly off. I mentioned it a couple times, but last I saw it wasn’t changed. (But it’s only by a quarter or two so nothing major.)
