Noodles and Company — Restaurant in Nashville-Davidson

My sister and I went for lunch and the lady that took our order was very unwelcoming. This was our first time here so it took a second for us to choose our order but the place was almost empty and there was no consumers behind us so we took our time. The lady that took our order was getting impatient and annoyed that we took longer so we already felt her attitude kicking in. I ordered the zucchini grilled pesto and my sister ordered the cheese grilled Parmesan. Then she also ordered garlic bread but the lady told us they can’t make that because their oven is out. She didn’t specify the grilled Parmesan was also not able to be made due to their oven or whatever. So we were under the impression that the garlic bread was the only thing not Available. I paid and sat down. I should’ve asked for my receipt but I never do so I didn’t think much of it. After I got my food we waited, thinking they might have forgotten or their busy. I eventually go up and ask about my sister food and another lady said they can’t make it due to their girll or oven not working. The girl that took our order mumbled “I told her that already” in a rude tone and attitude behind the lady I was talking too. No she did not tell us that the grilled Parmesan can NOT be made. She only said they can’t make the garlic bread. Over all the employees are very rude and do not communicate correctly with their customers as well as very unwelcoming. If you don’t like your job or if your not happy with your place of employment then find another one. This type of behavior was very unacceptable and I will never come back nor refer anyone I know to this establishment. Very very disappointing to have a store in green hills this rude and...

If I could put no star I would! Had the worst experience at this place! Never coming back! First the girl who was taking our order was being rude and had an attitude. I Ordered the chicken Parmesan then asked what else and I also ordered cheesy garlic bread. She said they couldn’t make it because the oven was broken. She did not specify which order so I assumed the cheesy bread. We sat down and my sister received her order but I Never got my chicken Parmesan when my sister went to ask they said they can’t make that because the oven wasn’t working. The girl who took our order rudely said “I told her that already” with such an attitude. she did not say the chicken Parmesan couldn’t be made she said the bread couldn’t be made. Not friendly at all. I have worked at a food place for 6 years before. I know what it’s like and I understand people have their days but that was unacceptable. Lived in Nashville from 2013 to 2019. This review is based on a compared experience upon my return today in 2022.

Ordered my three regular plates, with 1 child's plate. My dish was served minutes after the order was placed. 8 minutes later the other three dishes arrived.

The plates were served in small plastic bowls. I ordered a regular, but the bowl was just half full. Definitely much less then my previous experience. I also asked for feta instead of parmesan, I still received parmesan. The dining room was unkempt as well. No iced tea was available. All of the condiments, napkins, sugars, and silverware were not available (passed out plastic forks, no spoons.

The food was just plates, no effort was given for presentation as before, not that you could do much with plastic anyways.

Will not be back when we come to visit...
