Top Note — Restaurant in Nashville-Davidson

We bought 4th of July tickets to experience the fireworks on the rooftop. The experience was lackluster and disappointing. $40 per person, family of 4, the event started at 4pm, we arrived around 6:15 and got a decent table window-side. The evening started ok. We understood the experience would be different from a normal evening dinner. This, however, was beyond subpar. None of the employees worked together - we had a dedicated server, but that person made her rounds about 45-60 minutes apart. Even then, she didn’t hit each table to ensure they were doing ok. The other servers, managers, hosts/hostesses, food runners, and other employees never checked on tables except to bring them their specific orders. We had to flag down several employees to get anything ordered, cleared or to retrieve our bill. We ran up a solid $100+ tab, plus the $160 cover charge for 4 of us.

Literally saw patrons coming in and clearing and cleaning their own tables. I’d say comical if we hadn’t walked away from this having eaten mediocre food and experienced bottom of the barrel service for well over $300 at the end of it...

Honestly I’m from California I travel a lot for work and when I travel into Nashville I wouldn’t stay anywhere else but here.

The team is very family oriented they are very friendly they are so helpful and above all else they are good at what they do providing a welcoming and comfortable environment.

Bartenders upstairs are incredible from JC Annabelle to Alivia and Courtney running that talent and hosting they are all running that rooftop making sure they check on you always.

They talk to you friendly and recommend places around the area with honest reviews

To top it off from the moment you check in Christiana and Ciara are the most helpful any complaints any accommodations they are there to make you feel at home to the best of their ability.

Also a plus live music is great and food is incredible...
