They over price everything. You will pay a different price everytime you come here. I work around the corner. They charge extra for the simplest things..oh it's toasted, with cheese extra 2 dollars. Their chicken is never fresh, the bacon is paper thin and expect to spend 12 dollars for ice coffee and breakfast sandwich. Customer service lacks in register not the food area. But the food quality is not good either.

I asked for a toasted turkey sandwich. I expecting EVERYTHING from the cheese (which is the most important) to the bread to be hot. Instead i was given a crispy burnt bread with everything still cold…If I’m going to pay $9 and some change for a sandwich I expect for it to be properly made not half a$$ed. I’m still going to eat this sad sandwich only because I can not afford to throw out food. Do better please!

Went in for breakfast and saw this little guy. For the prices they charge for the food, I think they can afford exterminators. When showed the half eaten candy bar, the guy acted like I ate it .. then when showed the pic, he asked if it was still there .. I’m sure many stores have mice and roaches .. this is just so people know.. and are aware!

This is your standard neighborhood deli. I come here because its close to work. They don't cheap out on their sandwiches so if you're hungry, that's what you should get. Salad quality is better than some of the places around here. If you want to avoid the crowd, come before 12 or after 130. Also, there's a student discount if you go to school around here which might account for some of the price inconsistencies.

I would avoid the impulse buy items by the counter cause they're really expensive for what you get. Pay with credit card if possible. This one guy at the joint has accused me of using a fake 20, twice! This is even after he compared it to other 20s in the register with the counterfeit detector pen and they all came up the same -- legit 20s!

The rest of the staff seem pretty...

I hate to rate the service as poor, because some of the guys there are actually very friendly and nice. However, a couple of the cashiers are extremely rude. So rude, that I hate myself each time I go back there. (I go to Fordham across the street so its just so convenient.) Twice, the cashier person basically called me a liar. One said that my personal thermos was too big to charge me just for a large coffee, and when I said to just fill it up to where he thought it should be, he slammed my thermos on the counter, and gave me a coffee in a large cup...when I poured into my thermos, there was actually too much to fit! He saw, but made no apologies, and said absolutely...

I routinely go here because it’s convenient. Here are some good and bad: Pay Cash if you can. You get a nominal fee if credit card The column in the middle of the store is annoying AF. Always have to go around. Salad bar is totally good for me. Cheaper than moat places. But for what i want on my salad, its totally good. ATM always seems like its out of order. Don’t rely on this place for an ATM. The workers work hard. But the cashier should stick to cashiering. During high times, to have cashier go down the counter to make a coffee or other drink slows...
