Baggios Pizzeria — Restaurant in New York

I've lived in NYC for 10 years and this is hands down my favorite spot for a quick bite. I recently stumbled upon Baggios, and it's quickly become my go-to spot for a pizza fix. The combination of perfectly crispy crust and abundant toppings was TO DIE FOR. Every pizza place has that, right? Maybe so... but something is always off. So many factors go into making a perfect slice and I'm not going to give up my first born to buy some overpriced dainty lil dough thing with sauce at a restaurant. Girl it's pizza. Not only do they serve up quick and efficient service, but of course they also have a gluten-free option for that friend in every group. Their cauliflower pizza was serving DOWN. Well yes! I devoured it. It's evident that the menu is thoughtfully crafted with a passion for quality and taste.

In a sea of sus pizza places, Baggios Pizzeria stands out as one of those gems that not only understands the art of crafting the perfect pizza - but it's also chic AF. It's the ideal blend of flavor, atmosphere, and excellent service. If you haven't checked it out yet, you're missing out on an out-of-body pizza experience...

So I got this delivered so to be fair idk how the atmosphere or service in the restaurant but as far as the food goes I am not happy with how sour the sauce is it’s very bitter ,better sour I don’t mind thin crust however this was a crunchy thin crust which shouldn’t be as crunch as it was the crust was a bit to hard and crusty. The chicken cutlet parmigiana hero was good however packaged in a plastic container which did a lot built up heat causing moisture which caused the hero to be very soggy and it was cold when I received my order even in a insulated bag of the driver still was ice cold so I am definitely not satisfied with that I don’t think I’ll be ordering again from this place again I ordered when I was at work on lunch break they can do much better !! I personally don’t like cold soggy food but next time I am in the area I’ll try it hot but I am still not happy about lunch tho...

I made an order I called them twice to see where the delivery guy is. I told him I don’t want if it’s cold well it’s gonna be cold. I’m either gonna refund your money or no food so I refuse to take any food and I want my refund and he’s trying to prove a point to me that the guy called several times which I never got one phone call and he never came to my door and knocked or ring my bell. Very bad...
