I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the exceptional service of BK Jani at The Hugh, and I can confidently say it deserves every one of its five stars. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome and a professional atmosphere that immediately set the tone for a memorable visit.

BK Jani's expertise truly shines through in every aspect of the service. The attention to detail was impeccable, and it was evident that a lot of passion and dedication goes into every interaction. Whether you’re a first-time visitor or a regular, you’ll feel valued and well taken care of.

I had the Jani. And it was made to perfection. 1/2 of Black Angus beef, mint chutney, with raita and tomato. Just delicious.

The ambiance at The Hugh complements the high level of service perfectly. The modern, stylish setting combined with a relaxed yet sophisticated vibe made the entire experience not just a service visit, but a delightful outing.

I wholeheartedly recommend BK Jani at The Hugh to anyone looking for top-notch service delivered with professionalism and a personal touch. Five stars...

Burger was completely raw and inedible.

Edit: after they kindly agreed to remake my burger, the owner came up and assaulted me about this review and asked me to take it down. He told me that if I wanted my burger well done, I should have asked for it. I explained I only expected it to be cooked, not well done, and that now I had asked for it well done because I didn’t want a repeat of this experience. After shouting at me for several minutes and telling me they are allowed to make medium raw burgers under ny law (which is wonderful, but this burger was raw), he told me that while he was planning to give me a 20% discount on my next visit, he would no longer do so.

Thanks, but the appropriate thing to do would have been to give me this burger for free for wasting an hour of my time. And perhaps try apologizing instead of approaching customers in an accusatory and aggressive manner and being surprised when they don’t react favorably. Had they remade my burger and apologized, I would have deleted this review, but the intimidation response was beyond...

I finally made it to BK JANI in Manhattan and tried their signature Jahni Burger, and it was definitely worth the trip. The burger came on a sesame seed bun with a perfectly charred patty, topped simply with red onions and a flavorful sauce that added a nice tang and creaminess without overwhelming the meat. The patty itself was juicy and well-seasoned, with that smoky, slightly spiced flavor that sets it apart from your standard burger. The fries were another highlight—crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and dusted with a seasoning blend that made them addicting. Everything felt thoughtfully prepared, and while the burger is on the minimalist side in terms of toppings, it lets the patty and seasoning really shine.
