Brooklyn's Homeslice Pizzeria II — Restaurant in New York

I was just in there Thursday evening and the front counter people don't know what they're doing they're arguing about who should be doing what and then when they finally notice me the guy by the oven says yeah what do you want like totally disrespectful so I ordered a slice and I please told them not too hot cuz I'm eating it in the store real quick so it doesn't have to be too hot as I'm watching him on his phone he ends up going to the back for at least 5 minutes probably completely forgets about my pizza and then has the nerve to hand me a burnt slice that I took a picture of and showed you guys this is not right I came here a few weeks ago and got the best service ever the young guy asked me how am I doing what would I like the pizza came out perfect he delivered it to my table asking me if I need anything else that's how you run a business but unfortunately he wasn't there today and I'll only go back in that store if I see that he's working he should have trained these guys this store is not staying open for long with this attitude I...

Food was good and i enjoyed it especially the pepperoni sicilian, but the service wasn’t the best the day i went there. It wasn’t busy at all maybe three more customers other than me, and i pay for my two slices. I sit down and wait for it and receive only one, i ask where my other slice is as someone ordered the same thing after me and got it before me. At this point i’m not too worried about it and ask again about my second slice and i get it, and both employees watch me eat my two slices. As im leaving the establishment i get stopped and am asked if i paid for both slices, and ensured that i did and showed bank statements to prove it, and was met still with a lot of pushback. To have so much doubt in the customer over $5 is incredibly astonishing, I have my own personal experience in food service and it’s really disheartening to see the lack of consideration i received today. I have been disappointed each time. I only go when my legs are hurting and I can't make it no further. Some how I got the idea to go on and try the TooGood2Go app and ordered a bag. I arrived three minutes early I took a seat. The staff looked at me like I was an idiot. I get up and go to the counter where they promptly ignore me so I walked to the other counter where they ignored me again and I said that I ordered on the app he looks at me the same way and the prepares the food. i get home to three slices of nasty looking pasta pizza slices stacked on top of each other and a bag with two bad looking pasta slices and 1 slice of sweet chicken pizza. I guess the employees kept the edible pizza and gave me the garbage. Nothing that I hate then wasting money but I'm throwing it in the trash. Go anywhere else these other reviews were...
