I recently visited Champion Pizza in NYC and I was blown away by the quality of their pizza. The crust was crispy and chewy at the same time, and the toppings were fresh and delicious. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the atmosphere was cozy and welcoming. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great pizza experience in NYC. I'll definitely be coming back for more!
I had the pleasure of visiting Champion Pizza in NYC and I have to say, it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a friendly smile and a warm atmosphere. The decor is minimalistic but tasteful, with a mix of bright colors and sleek designs that make you feel right at home.
But of course, the star of the show at Champion Pizza is the pizza itself. I ordered a classic Margherita pizza, and I was blown away by the quality of the ingredients and the skillful preparation. The crust was crispy and chewy at the same time, with just the right amount of char. The sauce was tangy and well-seasoned, and the mozzarella cheese was gooey and melted to perfection. It was clear that the pizza was made with care and attention to detail, and it truly showed in the taste.
But what sets Champion Pizza apart from other pizzerias in the area is their commitment to using fresh, high-quality ingredients. They use organic, non-GMO flour and locally-sourced produce whenever possible, and they never skimp on the toppings. The result is a pizza that tastes like it was made with love and care, and one that you can feel good about eating.
In addition to their outstanding pizza, Champion Pizza also offers a variety of sides and desserts that are worth trying. I highly recommend the garlic knots, which were soft and buttery with just the right amount of garlic flavor. And for dessert, the Nutella pizza is a must-try - it's basically a giant, delicious Nutella-filled calzone that will satisfy any sweet tooth.
Overall, I can't recommend Champion Pizza enough. The combination of high-quality ingredients, skillful preparation, and friendly service make it one of the best pizzerias in NYC. Whether you're a local or just visiting the city, be sure to stop by and experience it...
Read moreI've had Champions before in various locations (prince street, midtown etc), even here before. There's some variance between locations and maybe this location (junction blvd/ rego park mall) might be lower quality on average but previously at this location I thought I got okay slices. However the last two times I went I found the quality horrendously bad. I got three slices and a pie for the fam and it just seemed like they maybe used like half of the ingredients that you'd need to make a good pie lol. The sauce and cheese didn't even come close to reaching the crust. There was maybe like an entire inch of just bread with a couple of flakes of cheese between where the sauce faded to nothingness and the beginning of the crust/ handle part. The pepperoni pieces had enough pepperoni, which is the only good thing I could say about the entire order lol. I mean, I'm not expecting the best pizza in the world, but if you're gonna charge 5$ for a pepperoni slice can you actually use the ingredients? It's already a very thin slice to begin with, which could be fine, but then to put like almost no sauce and cheese on it, literally tasting more like bread than pizza. The sauce was so thin you could see that it simply wasn't even close to enough to be able to spread it over the entire pie... what are you guys doing? I'll probably go one more time and look at the slices/order before I leave the spot and complain if it's as much of a joke as this last time, but that would probably be the third strike. Idk if it's shrinkflation or what but at least at this location the quality of the pizza seems to have dropped below a tolerable level. I've had dollar plain slices that would put what I was just given for a pickup order to shame. No joke, I don't think I'd even pay a dollar for the slices I was just given... it's just like not pizza... I'd call it pizza dough bread with elements of a pizza sprinkled throughout...hope you...
