Nikki has a talent unmatched by any other pastry chef. She makes baking an art! I’ve been fortunate to know Nikki as a childhood friend, college peer and as a colleague in our professional lives. It's been awesome to see her success and professional growth. I mean, how often do you see your friend's work show up in a Mystery Basket on Chopped?! With her culinary background and attention to detail – her talent, dedication, and passion shines through everything she does!

Dinosaur Bar-B-Que teamed up with Lulu Lemon for a Yoga & BBQ event we were hosting. We wanted something special to hand out to our attendees and Nikki was kind enough to make custom cookies. Not only did she create DELICIOUS and beautifully decorated cookies WITH our event hashtag included, she even came all the way to Syracuse, NY to hand deliver them. Can we just stop for a moment and admire how cute these Dinos are?!

We received so many compliments from the guests and Lulu Lemon that Lulu even requested her to make all of their cookies moving forward. I can’t thank her enough for her professionalism and I definitely can't recommend her enough to everyone I know. I’m SO excited to see what masterpiece she creates for my wedding cake....

From the very beginning we felt like we were in good hands with Nikki. We came to her because we saw some examples of her cakes online and knew we wanted a particular look for our cake, and trusted she would be able to pull it off. She interpreted our vision for the cake, and the fruit and floral decor she created perfectly matched the overall aesthetic of our wedding. She has a great eye for cake design!
