Rude service, overpriced drinks. Whilst holding the volume around 85 decibels the barista screams at me that she can't hear me and tells me I need to speak up saying, "you're hardly speaking!". She then informs me that most people don't like the Americano I just ordered.

Without informing me of the price she gestures at a little white brick with blinking lights demanding some unknown amount of payment.

The prices have been raised to point where I can't justify the expense nor tolerate overly-loud hipster coffee shop musak. Without checking, I'd have to say the company is headquartered in Brooklyn - I can see this form of harassment would be appealing in certain neighborhoods.

One of the few alternatives in the area is Starbucks which is a popular hangout for the homeless (who appear to be using the bathrooms as a shower).

The overly loud music seems to have been a parting gift from the closing crew - like a frog in boiling water, the opening barista was unaware of the siren-like wailing of the speakers until guests arrived for their...

I came here on Friday to study and do some work alongside my girl. It’s slightly cramped in my opinion but definitely a nice atmosphere. The coffee and croissant we got was yummy (Iced Cappuccino w/Cream). A couple of tables prohibit customers from working on their laptops but most don’t. I was there for about 4 hours but in that time, it didn’t seem like much trouble for people to find a table. There seemed to always be spots available. I will say it got pretty loud with certain groups so it was a bit distracting. I also had to join a work meeting and I was practically unable to talk because of how loud it was. So keep that in mind. If you’re going for the vibes tho, I think it’s overall a nice spot. Fair prices and comfy...

Overpriced and terrible customer service. The baristas are just standing around talking to each other, I had to interrupt their conversation to get my order in. They did not greet or say hi when we entered. What killed me about this experience was that they had all the tables full of people with laptops and we were looking to sit and they gave a snobbish sorry in response to me asking if there was anywhere else to sit. I regret tipping the baristas because of this lack of care for the customer experience. Every table had a sign prohibiting laptops and they cared more about chatting and not caring for customers who came for a welcoming experience. Good riddance never...

Came in to have some coffee/get some work done on a day off. We ordered our drinks, and sat down to start working. Little did we know, they have certain tables where you’re not allowed to use a computer, which were the only ones available (there were plenty other seats if other people came in). I asked the barista if we could just use our computers anyway, and she rudely told me no we can’t, it’s a strict policy. This was after I paid $18 for two coffees and left a tip. When the drinks came out, the icing on the cake was that there was sugar in them when we explicitly asked for no sugar. If you want to get stuff done at a cafe, go somewhere else.
