SUMMARY: Amazing food, incredibly affordable, nice seating, friendly staff, good atmosphere. Eat here NOW!!!
Imma be honest, I have no idea what I ate here. I went with my uncle and let him order for me. All I remember was that I had rice, with pita bread, cauliflower, and this chicken in creamy sauce. The food was indeed bussin'. I devoured all my food and some of my uncle's too. Everything was so incredibly affordable. I understand that this food in India would only be a coupe dollars. But even with my expectations for prices in this country, ESPECIALLY this city, I was surprised with just how affordable the prices of the food is. They also offer a huge variety of food which is awesome. The seating situation is really nice too. After you get your food on a tray, you walk up the stairs and pick a table. I personally really like the tables right next to the big window. I walk past this restaurant all the time and as random as it sounds, the window is just so iconic. The staff was incredibly friendly as well. I've read some reviews saying that the staff was rude and unfriendly, but I didn't get any of that when I went. These reviews came in around the time this establishment changed management, so I think probably the negative reviews were just used to the previous workers. I also noticed that a lot of the staff was quite young. It's just a guess, but I think maybe these customers were not used to the laid back and chill attitude from younger people. That being said though, the staff was just overall amazing, patient, and helpful. I can't believe I've been living in this area my entire life and have only just now tried this place. I'm looking forward to going here again, and I will try to update my review with a more descriptive review of what I...
Read moreNot the best, but honestly I love it. Big bones/little meat in their lamb dishes, but their potato's are always on point. Also, the rice is never stale, love that. They are open pretty much always, which is always great; and don't care how long you stay, at least in my experience. Just be respectful, tip well, share the love we should all be spreading and I think you'll get on just fine.
Oh, and every vegetarian mean I've had is awesome. (In respect to the price) Especially anything "tater-related" (Aloo, their, it's fire, for sure! -a bit of poetry that may match their lamb vindaloo!) Sorry, was rather peeved at my meal this eve. Order lamb meat and got mostly bones. Maybe the F-ed me, since I was taking out, to dine at home. I really love this place, it was a main source of tasty sustincence through 3 years of art school and beyond. I'm just a bit sour bout my lamb this evening, spice was on point, but really? What happened to the rest of the lamb if what I got was mostly bone??? That being said, I do love this place, it's a cost efficient staple for myself and I KNOW, quite a few more people on the grind that just need some sustincence. Stay strong Curry in. Hurry,...

Was in Lexington and craving for Indian food .. lots and lots of options nearby but wanted to try curry in hurry .. I went in and saw options and they had a wide range of food available . Meal options were available too. Veggie meal was about 16$ and meat was close to 21$ including water bottle . Average price in this location but slightly expensive .. service was good. .. lots of space inside to sit and eat . 2nd floor had so many tables and lots of space ..
The meal comes with a naan, rice , veggie curry and meat curry . Food quantity was really good. Roti was so soft ! Went well with meat curry . Taste was reallyyyyy good. Spinach curry was good too. They had other veggie options too. I’ll surely go back and try again. Liked it...
