Horrible customer service. On 7/26/24, I ordered an additional icing for the cinnamon twist. I went to pick up my order, noticing there was only one. I told the cashier and the Manager Imran Hossain was debating with me that icing does not come with the order, meanwhile, it clearly states it on their website, icing IS INCLUDED with the order. He would not give me the additional icing which I requested online, and told me it's $1 extra. If he had any sense, he would have just gave me the extra icing to save the headache. Because he doesn't understand what good customer service is, he decides he's wants to debate with me. I told him I'm going to file a complaint of his bad customer service. Also, we wanted to try the new New York style pizza, and it was nothing special, you're better off going to a legit pizzeria, where they make real NY pizza. It was nasty and salty. I want to also mention their driver. There was one driver who delivered my order, when I tipped him, he looked at the money and shook his head, like he wanted more tip. Not to mention there is a delivery fee. The Domino's staff on 39th street all need to go through a customer service training workshop, because many of them are rude and the pizza is not that great.

   Read moreI usually don't order from dominoes but when I do I usually order the Cheesy Bread alone because it's good and I appreciate good food. What I don't appreciate is attitude and disregard because my order wasn't carry out so because It wasn't I normally get put to the side and I seen this happen to friends and family in the area that come to just buy dominoes or don't have smart phones to order online like grandma. I would still come for food buy highly recommend that they star treating all customers as equals with the same persistence that they would use for orders that are ready to get those customers out just as fast. I understand that this is a fast food business just like any other and maybe there is some frustrations due to this but it doesn't excuse behavior that makes me question where my money is going.

They really need to either hire people who know how to talk/deal with customers or teach them how to serve people. Every time I come into the store for a carry out they're always in the back just talking or chilling. They have the bad habit of ignoring customers and hanging up on them when they. Last time I had to talk to the "manager" because I sent my brother to pick up the food and they wouldn't give it to him because of security reasons. While I understand that it is important to prevent robbing and stealing, the way he handled the situation was absurd. He started telling me that it has always been like that when I know that's not true. I've been a regular customer for a couple of months there and most of the time I always send my brother.
