This new restaurant isn’t just your ordinary burger place, they have the best customer service but a cashier/host named “Ary” I must say is the most polite,considerate,upbeat,friendly,ppl person and all of the above that I have ever encountered. I’m used to dealing with workers who are very rude and u can tell that whatever problems they are going through,they bring it to the job. Besides this magnificent employee I’ve ever come across, the food at this place is absolutely amazing. The taste of the burgers and quality of the beef is 100% on point and for the price you are getting it for, is a win for the customer. Everything I have had on the menu has been amazing. The fat boy burger is the best burger I have had in probably a decade,The loaded fries, cheese sticks,chopped chicken burger will blow ur taste buds out of control. Finally a fantastic Burger place in Hell’s Kitchen that’s not gonna put hole in ur pockets, a burger place where ur finally getting ur moneys worth. I would say to definitely take advantage of their buy one get one free deal while it’s lasts. Not many restaurants last in midtown Hell’s Kitchen but in my 43 years of living in Hell’s Kitchen, I will say with confidence that this one is here to stay. The two of us were there today for lunch. I went today for their Cali burger with avocado, swiss cheese, lettuce and tomatoes and their signature sauce which was scrumptious even though I wouldn’t have minded just a hint of salt on the patty, every ingredient was perfectly balanced and I also ordered a strawberry milkshake which tasted milky and just the perfect accompaniment for the burger. The meat quality is very good. My friend wanted a cheeseburger with no tomatoes and extra pickles with a vanilla shake and they made the Skinny Boy Burger egregiously. The girl behind the cashier was nice and she welcomed us with a friendly smile and she also made our two excellent milkshakes. The place is not big but you can have your meal there, we also saw they do well on takeouts too. I walked in, ordered 2 burgers, 2 oreo shakes and onion rings. This is an order and take out spot. It is too small to dine in unless you are alone in your moment. It is clean, the menus are clearly displayed. The person taking your order is bi-lingual, respectful, efficient and pleasant. They handle walk-in orders, uber-eats orders, door-dash mobile orders methodically. I did not have a long wait, no more than 15 minutes which seems reasonable to me. The mobile order guys maybe not so much. I enjoyed my Fat Burger, Oreo shake & Onion Rings. Everything was make to order, cooked correctly and packaged in a manner that I could carry out without difficulty. The burger was magnificent. It's a 2 hander, napkin needed after every bite burger.
