The Oasis Cafe — Restaurant in New York

I’ve been to this one a couple times but started going to the one in queens which is amazing, so I guess today’s experience kinda ruined the vibe of this one for me at least at night. I went in to get the matcha, the guy seemed bland and bleak not up to any talking whatsoever and I wasn’t even trying to have a big convo I was just ordering, on top of that the way he made the matcha sucked, he just scooped the matcha into the cup and foamed it with the machine and added the cream and syrup and it left not the best taste with some clumps in it, when they have right above the matcha a ceramic cup with the bamboo whisk in how it’s supposed to be prepared but he just avoided what was right in front of him and did it the lazy way. He also didn’t warm up my bread and then I asked if it could be and he looked like it did him a disservice to do so, anyways it was warmed it up and it wasn’t even warm. The one in queens actually took the time out to bamboo whisk the matcha and prepare the drink properly and it was so good probably the best I’ve had, and the staff was friendly there. I know during the day there are some nice ladies at this location who make the experience nice, but the guy that was working the shift tonight just wasn’t it, and I feel like with a café how an employee presents themselves is really important because it’s majority human...

When I went to the Oasis Cafe in Hells Kitchen very nice and kind services when we all ordered the matcha green drink with cinnamon drink, and almond cookies. It was delicious food and drinks. This is my favorite Oasis Cafe in Hells Kitchen when we came to NYC. The services at the Oasis Cafe gave some free things and samples which was very nice and helpful of them because we ordered a lot of things from oasis cafe which is super yummy perfect even for breakfast. I missed this Oasis Cafe in Hells Kitchen. I’ll be coming back again. The Oasis Cafee has some gluten free options and has some dairy free options which is very thoughtful because there are other people in NYC especially for those that live in NYC too and even tourists. The services were all excellent when ordering their food and drinks. It’s worth coming back again and I consider coming again. Remember this is me from yesterday that I said that I would giving a 5 star ⭐️ review by Eden Posner. And the owner from Greece 🇬🇷 was very kind, welcoming, and thoughtful. The owner gave some things to try and free samples which is very nice of him. Never forget when I come back to NYC again. This place is a 5 star ⭐️ reviews. My beloved neighbor and I have made a habit, nay a ritual of indulging in these deliciously decadent desserts on Sundays. My neighbor is quite kind and so he normally treats me to what has become one of the highlights of my week. Little secret a lot of places that serve dessert in this city makes things that are very pretty to look at and are sorely lacking in taste. I've had this unfortunate experience way too many times to recount here. I can't tell you how sad and disappointing that is. What I can and will tell you is that you will not have that experience at the Oasis Cafe. Their desserts are as delicious and decadent as they appear in the photos. Also don't worry about ordering from this place they package everything so it doesn't get disturbed in its appearance. It's just as beautiful when you get it as it is in the pictures in the case. I don't know how this happens but we appreciate it and we take a picture of each dessert before we slowly savor every bite. I cannot speak their service because I've only eaten this via delivery. However, I highly recommend anything you want to order. These people must hire angels to spit in their food or something because I swear you're tasting a piece of heaven....
