Fini Pizza — Restaurant in New York

Everything I wasn’t expecting, This was my first time in store, No line I was very surprised, The only person I seen hanging around was Action Bronson, A young kid working the counter folding boxes and a very sweet Young women making the Apizz, Which I was very happy to see, I can tell she knew her way around some dough, So happy to see Young women having the Apizz game in a choke hold, This young lady could flip Apizz with the best of them, Wish I would of got her name so I could of mentioned her in my review by name, The Apizz ingredients were all fresh and came out smoking hot, exactly how I wanted it cooked, The damage $21.43 for 4 Apizz , 2 regular 2 tomato , The regular was exactly what you would of thought, 8.6 , For some reason One Bite app only lets you video record your first review, So im still a One Bite virgin, The only thing is the Slices are smaller then your average Slice shop, No complaining about the size just a heads up for the next Lady or Gent who can use the info to order accordingly, I would of ordered more Apizz to satisfy the pallet, I wanted more, I was already in New Jersey when I finished the 4th one, A person with a healthy size appetite needs at least 3 before they could judge the Apizz for the first time in shop, The tomato Apizz was next level brought back memories growing up in a Sicilian household, Thats exactly how my father would make Apizz at home, Fresh tomato sauce with grated cheese sprinkled on top, No kick how FINI makes it, For me it’s not a kick I like anytime of the day but at Noon the kick was a bit much, I still could of put away a full pie of either style, Can’t wait to get back to Williamsburg so I could order properly and get to enjoy what they have created at FINI, A true gem on Bedford, Bringing these old neighborhoods back to life one...

Located in the pizza capital of the US of A, must say this place is a GEM. It's a tiny outlet with a decent amount of seating and outdoor seating. Visited this place right after Scarrs( my previous review) and stop #2 of my NYC pizza tour pt.2

The ambience of the place... Well let me rephrase it and say this place has a vibe! The staff is really friendly and you can see the staff making pizza's right in front of you ( yeah that's the case with the majority of pizza restaurants but okay.. please enjoy the sight!). A special shout-out to the server/cashier today (7/30/2023) afternoon, she gave me an extra slice of pizza coz the original slice was cut too small and it just made my day!

Now coming to the star of the tour..i.e. pizza; I again ordered the cheese slice and it had the right proportion of tomato sauce and cheese, the crust could be a bit better with crispiness else the size is perfect! Served hot and fresh especially with extra slice, these people simply won my heart. Also I had ordered a lemonade.. the brand definitely sounds interesting called ' Brooklyn's Best', it wasn't too sweet and just like how I like it! The drink was the best way to beat the summer heat!

To conclude.. the quality can be improved in terms of crispiness of the crust but overall these guys are the best! I officially declare Fini as my top spot to grab NYC style...

There are so many good pizza spots in Williamsburg, and we finally checked Fini Pizza off our list.

Their pizza is a decent execution of a good New York pizza, while they also serve Sicilian pizza. Don’t forget to grab a cup of Italian Ice—they have attractive flavors like lemon, coconut, peanut butter, and the strawberry flavor that I tried.

The minimalist design and cleanliness of their store left a good impression. Overall, I won’t suggest making the trek just for their pizza, but it’s worth a try if you’re near any of their locations.

＊White Pizza Of course I have to get their signature white slice, which is made of parm, mozzarella, fontina and lemon. It is refreshing after squeezing some lemon juice over it. The citrusy flavor is a welcoming addition. The pizza itself is also not too oily. You can add hot honey and chili flakes yourself, but the white pizza already shines on its own.

＊Oishii Berry’s Strawberry Italian Ice I have zero resistance when it is an oishii berry collab. Italian ice carries a sorbet alike texture, or maybe even icier.
