G&G Deli Grocery — Restaurant in New York

Went this morning to get a grilled chicken salad and simply asked the guy making the salad to change his gloves. Seemed like a reasonable request but he actually argued with me and said I had more germs than him 😳😳. And still continued to handle my chicken with the same gloves he used to cook the eggs, handle the pancakes, pack the previous order, clean off the griddle... And then grabbed my chicken. Yuck 🤢 Remember this: I don't leave home to give you money. You leave home to sell food so at the very least honor my request for cleanliness. Lazy...

I've been coming here from time to time over the past 3 weeks for breakfast. Without fail I've had a delicious cream cheese and bacon bagel cooked and served to perfection each time. You might think that's a simple combination but it can go sooo wrong.

Honestly this place has amazing food so I could never knock them in that category. The reason I have to rate them a 1 star is because of how often they give you the wrong order. Sadly if they wrote down orders this place would be perfect. They consistently give me the wrong order or type of sandwich and they will blame the customer and try to get you to pay for something you didn’t ask for. Its a shame because they genuinely do have great food but ordering is too much...
