This place is way down the line from last place. The workers tries to wheel and deal on the price of liquor that is already marked up wayyyyyyy to high and plus tax. If you go pay cash he will give you a deal by negotiating the tax he makes it seem is the discount you will get in return. Hypes up bottles of liquor that you can get anywhere else even locally for a much better price.
