Went there on a Thursday with my girlfriend and we were serviced very poorly. They refused to acknowledge us for our order and at that time there was a women who seemed to be the manager and continued to converse with the other employee. Although I wasn't interested in their conversation, I couldn't help to hear it wasn't work related. I excused myself to be serviced and I got a really impolite response from the manger. "Sigh, Can't he see we're talking?" Honesty?! I don't think she was a manager the way she behaved but I assume she was, since she wasn't in uniform. Afterwards I was serviced with attitude by the other employee and I felt degraded. I dare to say, I felt a little racism coming from these employees. After my order was horribly taken. Another women came in (of color) to order and I noticed that even she wasn't being attended because the same women were talking and failed to acknowledge the women. (She waited patiently for about 5 minutes) It's only then that I felt bad and raised my voice. Once again, the other employee snarled and with attitude "she's just looking". No honey, you're just being unprofessional in the service industry. Before I left, I told them, "It's time to do your jobs guys." Hope this team honestly does better. Listen, no one forces you to do a job but don't act like an unprofessional when you're at the job. Please find a different field if customer service is too difficult for you to comprehend.    Read more11/25/2025 ordered an iced caramel macchiato from a young cashier today. Iâve never had any place nor anyone shake/mix my macchiatoâŠ..when I got the drink I looked at it confused (cause it looks nothing like a macchiato) and I asked: âis this is my caramel macchiato?â and he responded with a nasty attitude: âyeah you got a problem with that?â. And I said ânoâ (cause I didnât want to deal with that attitude) and left with my drink. The drinks and food at this place are good but sometimes the customer service sucksss. People in the front sometimes seem like they have no idea what theyâre doing. Service really depends. One of them has an attitude. Mess up my order at least half the time, despite me getting the same things ALL the time. Theyâre either always in a rush to ring up your food even though youâre not done ordering yet or theyâll take the ppl in line after you because they didnât acknowledge you were waiting to order the whole time. If it wasnât because itâs convenient and the food is good, I wouldâve stopped goingâŠ..they added coffee to my iced tea...

Was there with my boyfriend this Thursday afternoon, there were two girls talking very loudly and we were there waiting to order the pastries.
My boyfriend was very patiently and politely asking if we can order, he said excuse me multiple times but they just ignored him. And one of them (seems to be the manager said didnât you see we were talking?) my bf apologized and said he just wanted to orderâŠ..
Very very bad experience, and later there was another lady with darker skin was being ignored so long, she was there pacing around hoping to get some attention but none!!!!! She rolled her eyes several times but still waiting patiently.
My bf tried to call attention for her, but the staff talked back saying she was just looking, definitely not!!!!!! Come on, please be nice to people!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I really hope someone from the chain ownership can check the cctv (if there is any) to see how them treated the color customers!!!!!!!!!!
