Kitsby Studio — Restaurant in New York

Kitsby recently moved their studio to SoHo and launched a lineup of fun, hands-on baking classes. As a huge bagel fan, I immediately signed up for their kawaii bagel-making workshop.

The process was pretty labor-intensive, from hand-kneading the dough and shaping each bagel to decorating them with the tiniest character details. But the results were rewarding. Everyone’s creations turned out so cute

The class is 100% beginner-friendly and perfect for anyone looking for a fun date idea or girls’ day out. Huge shoutout to our instructor, Bella!! She was incredibly sweet, helpful, and encouraging...

Such a lovely class and a wonderful way to spend a Sunday morning! The class organizers are incredibly knowledgeable and created a very friendly and welcoming atmosphere. We did a chocolate chip cookie experiment, go to test out different ingredients and taste test them at the end! All delicious cookies :) Would definitely recommend coming here for a baking class, either on your own/with a friend to meet new people, or as a group for a bonding event! Will definitely be coming...

My friend and I participated in the Taiwanese Pineapple Cake Class led by Bella and Heather. They created a lovely and welcoming atmosphere. Instruction was SO clear and easy to follow along, anyone can join this class regardless of baking experience.

And the results of our time and work? SOOOOO CUTE!

Kitsby is such a lovely space and the whole class felt surprisingly therapeutic. I would absolutely come again and will be recommending...
