La Nortena 2 — Restaurant in New York

I have ate at every Mexican Restaurant from New Orleans LA, Jackson MS, Memphis TN all the way to NYC. Here in Brooklyn I have ate at several Mexican Restaurants and have been consistently disappointed. Until now. The food was undeniably the best Mexican food I have ever had. The carnitas - exquisite, the Al Pastor - perfection, the chips - magnificent, the salsa I wanted to drink directly from the cup!! I want you to know that I called my mother back home in Mississippi WHILE I WAS STILL EATING to tell her how amazing it was. Ordered delivery through DashDash. Was FAST as hell! 30 min! Order was correct, hot, and SUPER affordable. The portion sizes were massive! The chips were not greasy at all, the food was seasoned perfectly, the order total was priced exactly right. I've been patronizing this place for a very long time, the food and the price is not bad. I usually order through a third party. For the first time ever I decided to drive and see what the space looks like. Needless to say the owner overcharged me on both my items, I called back and expressed my grievances, only to be told he'd give me a credit without him even taking info from me, lol. I burnt my precious gas only to be overcharged, even the Grubhub price was cheaper than what he charged me. DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE. I ordered my food at 3:02pm, I called the place at 4:15pm to see if my order was on it's way or if there were any delays. The estimated time I was given for my food arrival was 3:50pm and it's 5:20pm I still can't get in contact with them and still haven't received the food I ordered and paid for in full!!! This place doesn't even deserve one star. How do you expect to have a business when you can't even answer your business phone calls or deliver food on time! I don't recommend anyone to order from...
