Little Vincent's Pizza — Restaurant in New York

Steer away from this place! They have an employee who treat people like trash, before I ordered there was a nice guy trying to cheer up this guy Luis a latino employee chubby with long hair and a kind of goatee but he was a jerk with the customer, to a point that the customer asked him if it was ok to place an order. When my order came out i asked why i was getting charged 25 for an 18 pizza he just turned and said i was just a f..k cheap customer... he said it in front of my wife and of course I cursed back and he wanted to go.out and fight me.. . I called and it turned out there's no manager I asked to speak with the owner and they put up a bunch of excuses, as i was a tourist couldn't stay around for an extra week as they said he was sick. Awful experience the worst...

Absolutely terrible, and consistently so. It's like they didn't realize they could hire a chef (or follow a recipe?) to cook their food. Both slices of pizza were burned and dry. The calamari tasted like dried out rubber. The hero had decent sauteed peppers and sausage and then was ruined by what seemed like dumping a gallon of Prego on top. The wings were also dry, had little flavor, and came without any sauce at all. In fact, no sauce of any sort was provided. Maybe that's what the Prego-soaked sandwich was for?

Hands down the worst food I've paid for in NYC after 3 years. Note that this food was delivered, so maybe it's a vastly different experience in person, but somehow almost every other place I've tried has been able to deliver at least...

Went on 8/12/21 at 1105am cause Google maps and their menus say they open at 11. Clearly they do not. I get there only to be told they open at 1130am. I explained everything says 11 and the staff didn't care. I was inconvenienced going there for nothing. Who wants to stand outside in 100 degree weather for them to open. No consideration. Wouldn't even offer me seat to wait. Total disregard for the inaccurate information displayed. Not even an apology even though they are wrong for still promoting the wrong time. If you're going to change business hours, everything should be updated, including a sign on the door which they don't even have. If you can't count on a business to share accurate business hours, why bother to show up and risk being...
