McDonald's — Restaurant in New York

I just came back home from McDonalds.It was close to 5am in the morning.The doors were not open yet.There was a lady who wanted to go inside the McDonald's to get her breakfast that she ordered on the app.This is suppose to be a 24 hour McDonald's and the keywords are "24 hour McDonald's" which means that it should open all hours.While I was waiting outside,there was a man getting his order inside of of the restaurant.I don't know if he was a coworker or a "close friend" of one of the workers.He was getting his order and yet people were waiting outside for it to open.As the man was going outside,he told about one or two guys that McDonald's is not open yet

I know that the McDonald's has been there for a very long time.It is indeed a stable in the community.I understand completely how much the area has mean to the neighborhood.I would think that when you have something that is open 24 hours,it would open all the time.Back in the day when McDonald's on Throop Avenue and Fulton Street would open at 6 in the morning, they don't always open in time.They would open at 6:15 or even 6:45 in the morning.Being the type of person who is an early bird,I hate tardiness

When I found out that it would open 24 hours,I was happy because I can go get breakfast or lunch anytime that I want.Not too long ago,I noticed that it was closed when I got there at 5 in the morning.I said that I won't go back.

When I went there this morning it wasn't open at 5 in the morning which is unacceptable.There were several people who just want to put something in there stomachs because they were hungry.To be honest if someone went to McDonald's in Downtown Brooklyn or Manhattan,customers were not have to put up with tardiness or even BS.

24 hours mean...

I went to McDonald's the other day, the line was extremely long almost out the door and very disgusting the Countess would dirty the floor was nasty and the bathroom was disgusting as well. I always have a thought about restaurants like this one, if you can see the nasty up front just imagine what's going on with your food in the back. Anyway I asked the young lady at the register for the bathroom key (only in the hood you have to get a key to use the bathroom but let me not go there.) She said "Someone has to open the door for you and I will get yelled at by my manager if I leave the register." OK, So I asked her manager for the bathroom key or could she open the door at least. She told me "YOU HAVE TO WAIT, I DONT HAVE TIME FOR THAT" so then I stood there staring at her for almost five minutes trying my hardest not to piss myself while she stands there yelling at her employees, not doing anything, she wasn't even helping them she was just yelling.So then she grabbed the key with an attitude, walk to the back, knock on the door and said with an attitude "Someone is in there, Oh well" so she just walked away and laugh. Now, that was the manager so good luck getting something to eat, getting respect and getting treated like a human at that McDonald's. Laughable customer service they need to watch the video again especially...

The manager was extremely rude. She acted as if i wasnt there or was asking her a question. Then when i got her attention she brushed me off like i was stupid. Then one of the workers started preparing my food on the tray. I simply asked her no ketchup please. She looks at me and says are you sure this is for you? I replied yes it is.. So she rolled her eyes and to the packets of ketchup away. Then as backwards as it seems while standing infront of her she yells out my number like i had lied about the food being mine.. Then to insult me even more she asked to see my receipt. Then takes the receipt from me and when I ask for the receipt back she looks at me and asked me do you really need your receipt? My answer was yes I do need my receipt she tears the number off the top of the receipt and then proceeded to hand me the receipt back. Then reluctantly hand me my tray and then turns her back. I don't think I'll ever go back to this McDonald's again and I wouldn't recommend it even if you were starving. My fish fillet was cold and old tasting my cheeseburger was lukewarm and my fries were old. Completely dissatisfied with the service and...
