Millie's Deli & Grocery Inc — Restaurant in New York

Very rude woman working there who just yells at you and only cares about the store getting its money. Very unprofessional experience and not to mention a dirty interior in my opinion. I bought a pack of gum and kindly asked for a coffee cup to give a person outside some of my water because it was hot and he looked dehydrated. She charged me 25 cents for the cup (fine) but then I asked if I could get the larger size cup and she said no and rambled off about how she pays for it to. NYC has lost a lot of business in the past few years, and real bodegas are harder to find, yet they are as crucial as ever to the residents who make this city run. Thank God for Milli's, still going strong after decades. Milli's was here long before the world moved to LIC. Avoid the big chains. If you want to become a real NYCer you need to find/appreciate these tiny bodegas, and support them.
