Pregnancy therapy: a) Starting from my late pregnancy, Jennifer has helped me relieve the pain on my lower back, hip and legs, due to carrying low and swelling. b) She also coached me on exercises tailored for me to get ready for the delivery. c) the breathing techniques she taught me helped a lot during my delivery and postpartum recovery. My delivery was easy and tear free! Besides the factors of having an awesome OB, healthy diet, 2nd time mom, sessions with Jennifer and work out she sent me definitely helped. Postpartum: a) Taking care of newborn develops me new pains. Jennifer coached me exercises targeting on those new pains. b) I don’t have incontinent issue postpartum this time which I had after my first time giving birth. You are not passed off to inexperienced aides to do the exercise part of your rehab.
