Tried the callaloo, spinach, jerk plantain and split pea patties… definitely think the split pea is my favorite! If you like spice, definitely go for the jerk plantain, has lots of heat and more of a more sour or bitter taste. Split pea was very soft, more like a mashed potato filling and somehow tasted a bit like plantain, which I liked. Got a free fresh green juice sample when I stopped by on the weekend, was really light and refreshing. Other assortment of smoothies and kombucha available.

Had the lentils patty which was flavorful. The lady was super nice and knowledgeable of all the ingredients that went in the making of the patty. Good variety of vegan options

The pumpkin patty is my favorite! Also the value and size of the smoothies are great.

I visited around 11:15 a.m. and was disappointed by the lack of basic customer service. I wasn't greeted or acknowledged when I walked in, and there was a couple ahead of me with a large order. I waited patiently, but she never said, "I'll be with you in a moment" or anything similar.

After the couple received their smoothies, one was accidentally dropped. She came out to clean it up before taking any new orders and didn’t acknowledge the waiting customers. In fact, the woman who spilled her smoothie had to ask her to take our orders first before remaking hers — which was very kind of her, but something the staff should’ve known to do.

When it was finally my turn, my order was misunderstood. I asked for two different smoothies but was given two of the same. One of them was incorrect — I asked for pineapple, but there was none in it when I tasted it at home. Also, they don’t offer trays, so I ended up spilling some on myself during the trip back.

At this point, I’d rather pay a little more and go somewhere with better service. Good customer service really matters, and too many places...

After sampling a variety of options at Patty Hause in Brooklyn (vegan kale, chicken, beef, split peas, lentil and veggie patties), I was disappointed with the overall quality. The pastries contained minimal filling - reminiscent of a pop tart but only slightly more substantial. While the crust was well-executed, the flavors ranged from fair to average at best.

As someone who's maintained a plant-based diet for over 12 years and is certified in plant-based cuisine, I expected more from an establishment specializing in patties. I found it peculiar that they sold salmon patties alongside their vegan offerings. On a positive note, unlike some other reviewers, I found the service to be polite. Unfortunately, the underwhelming product quality means I won't...
