I visited around 11:15 a.m. and was disappointed by the lack of basic customer service. I wasn't greeted or acknowledged when I walked in, and there was a couple ahead of me with a large order. I waited patiently, but she never said, "I'll be with you in a moment" or anything similar.
After the couple received their smoothies, one was accidentally dropped. She came out to clean it up before taking any new orders and didn’t acknowledge the waiting customers. In fact, the woman who spilled her smoothie had to ask her to take our orders first before remaking hers — which was very kind of her, but something the staff should’ve known to do.
When it was finally my turn, my order was misunderstood. I asked for two different smoothies but was given two of the same. One of them was incorrect — I asked for pineapple, but there was none in it when I tasted it at home. Also, they don’t offer trays, so I ended up spilling some on myself during the trip back.
At this point, I’d rather pay a little more and go somewhere with better service. Good customer service really matters, and too many places...
