I went there with my cousins for some drinks, we ordered two separate pizzas and sat there for a while talking, we all ordered numerous drinks which were already $18-19 a drink, we paid our parts of the bill and i specifically tipped a large amount on the POS on my bill which was already expensive. Tell me why the bartender came up to my cousins asking them why they didn’t tip him… Mind you he didn’t give them a chance to even pull out cash to tip him, he looked at the POS, came towards us at the bar and began saying the most ridiculous things because they didn’t give him any CC tips. I’ve worked in the food and service industry and it’s extremely distasteful to even go up to a customer and ask why they didn’t tip when the customers are still sitting at the bar. We were finishing our drinks before we actually got up and left. We were definitely going to leave cash tips for him but he got ahead of himself. That was my first and last time going to that bar. I’ve been to this bar several times because I genuinely love the concept and the menu. However, the service is underwhelming . The staff overall just doesn’t seem friendly or welcoming. There’s a noticeable lack of warmth, which really affects the experience.

The only exception is the tall bartender and the Asian guy in the morning they’re the only ones who actually smile and make an effort to be hospitable.
