Starbucks — Restaurant in New York

Today, I ordered the same drink I always get through the mobile app. The first version had no flavor, so I asked for it to be remade. The second one was so sweet it was undrinkable. By the third attempt, it finally tasted the way it should have the first time.

To their credit, the staff remade the drinks. However, instead of simply doing so, they repeatedly told me I had added “too many things” to my order, which makes no sense, since I always order it the same way and more often than not it comes out perfectly fine. What made the situation worse was the staff’s behavior. Rather than handling it with professionalism, they made their opinions about me and my order obvious to each other. Watching employees gossip and roll their eyes about a customer in plain view is not only childish, it’s unprofessional.

I don’t plan to return to this location. If the staff are more focused on making jokes than making drinks, it shows what needs improvement. Respecting customers and maintaining professionalism shouldn’t be too...

No improvement at all and has become worst. The morning and late evening shift workers are absolutely the worst. The guy working at the bar today 1/31/2025 at 6:30 pm made the drink totally wrong and when I flagged it he was totally rude!. The server in the am takes about 5 minutes per drink while you have 20+ customers waiting Horrible service I really hope management reads and makes some major changes here.

They frequently close not at the store advertised hours. Sundays hours are advertised as 5:30 close and the store was already closed multiple times at 5pm. In addition I have been a starbucks customer for 25 years and this is probably the worst staff I have seen at any starbucks location. There are lines of people waiting while the staff chitchats among each other and consistently makes the drinks wrong. Total disregard for the customers. I hope management can take some action here to turn this...

This is my first time visiting this Starbucks...With that being said it was a staff of 3 employees I arrived at 6:36am and was out the door at 6:43 am 2 male employees (black) & 1 female employee (Spanish) I observed the employees while waiting for a Pistachio Latte... the 2 male employees was working their buns off, especially the gentleman making the Drinks.... The Spanish female on the other hand, constantly nursed a bunch of cups she was supposed to be stacking, while constantly trying to engage her male co worker in conversation... several customers were waiting for their orders,a milk like drink had spilled all over the counter behind the counter and instead of this young lady trying to help her co workers, she was constantly looking to chat at 6:40am in the morning..... It was disappointing to see her co workers carrying the weight of the work while her lazy backside, just stood by looking to...
