I recently hosted my daughter's birthday party at Emmy Squared Pizza: Midtown West in New York, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience! From the moment I reached out to inquire about hosting a party, Kelsey, the general manager, went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect. Planning a party for over 20 guests can be overwhelming, but Kelsey made the process seamless and stress-free. She was incredibly helpful in suggesting menu options that would cater to everyone's tastes and preferences. Her expertise in table setting and decoration truly elevated the ambiance of the restaurant, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for guests of all ages. On the day of the party, Kelsey and her team were an absolute delight. They were not only attentive and efficient but also incredibly friendly and accommodating. It was clear that they genuinely cared about making our celebration special, and their warmth and hospitality made all the difference. Located within walking distance from Lincoln Center, Emmy Squared Pizza: Midtown West is the perfect spot for any occasion. Whether you're celebrating a birthday, enjoying a post-show dinner, or simply dining out with friends and family, this restaurant ticks all the boxes. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, the food is delicious, and the service is top-notch. Whether you're planning an intimate dinner for two or a larger gathering, I highly recommend Emmy Squared Pizza Midtown West. Thank you to Kelsey and her amazing team for making my daughter's birthday one to remember. We can't wait to come back and create more memories at your...

We placed a delivery order directly thru the Emmy’s website (not thru a 3rd party delivery service) at 6:20pm on Sun evening. At the time the order was placed, the site promised a 7:10pm delivery. We were hosting a dinner party and Emmy’s was our meal. As the 7:10pm promised delivery approached we rec’d a message that it would be delayed by 15 mins, we were ok with that and let it go - then we continued to receive delay messages and when it was over 45 mins late we finally called the restaurant. We were told at that point that the pizza was about to be given to the delivery service. Asked for the manager, she was not available to speak with us. Did not receive the pizza until about 1 hour passed promised delivery placed directly thru their website - our location is a 6 minute walk from the restaurant. We were told she would get in touch with us about the delay. We received no communication.

This delay ruined our dinner party. We placed the order at 6:20pm and did not receive it until appx 8pm. And the pizza was cold.

Called to follow up the next day, was told only the manager could discuss the issue with us but that she was off - were told she would be in touch…. She has not contacted us to discuss the significant delay.

Our direct website order provided the restaurant with an hour to prepare and deliver the pizza, but it was delivered a full hour past promised delivery (so 2 hours after order was placed) They have made no effort to discuss the situation. They completely disrespect...

Would give a ZERO STAR rating if I could.

I stopped by for lunch with a friend around 1pm, the restaurant was almost completely empty. We ordered two things after asking the server for a recommendation: the MVP pizza and the Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad. It took OVER FOURTY MINUTES for our food to come. In three different occasions we had to get up and walk over to the server who was lazing around the bar area to ask about our food. According to him, "he didn't realize that the order hadn't gone back to the kitchen." I have worked as a server before; while this mistake happens time to time, his response was NOT acceptable. Not once did he seem concerned about how long our food was taking, and only after the SECOND time we asked about our food, did he go back to the kitchen to check on our food. This whole time I could hear people in the back kitchen goofing off and singing to loud music. Clearly they did not care that we had been waiting over 50 minutes by this point.

When the food came out, I wish I could say it was worth it. The caesar salad was incredibly salty--- to the point where it was not edible. The pizza was somehow simultaneously burnt and undercooked as well. I, for the life of me, cannot see why it took close to an hour to make both these items. Arguably shouldn't salad and pizza take a maximum of 15 minutes to make? Ridiculous. The only highlight about this place was leaving. At least they were willing to take the salad off of our...

I was excited about the vegan pizza being offered, however, I was not impressed. Coming into the restaurant we were greeted and it seemed like a cool place. Then it just felt awkward ordering and waiting for 20 minutes for the food. We were the only people in the restaurant. I asked for super lite vegan cheese because I'm just not a cheese lover and whelp they missed the mark on that. The pizza came out loaded with vegan cheese! The crust was thick and had a bit of a weird, indescribable flavor to it. The black spots freaked me out a bit. Underneath tgechrese where it met the crust, it had a little undercooked dough-like residue which wasn't good at all. It lleft a terrible aftertaste. The sauce on top was okay, it wasn't that bad. But I ended up scraping the majority of the cheese off and asking for sauce to dip my pizza crust in. For the price, it's a hard pass for me to return. As a vegan of 15 years, I know which cheese brands are good and which are gross quick buys off the shelf. And whelp this was not the experience I expected. I do not plan to return.

My second visit to Emmy Squared (since they debuted in Williamsburg as a stand-alone pizzeria) and I feared that the conversion to a chain would have destroyed quality. Fortunately, NOT. Not only were the pizzas beyond delicious (Colony, Margherita & Vodka), but equally importantly, the staff were super pleasant & kind. Portions were huge but I couldn't help scarfing down a whole pizza in one sitting ... cos t'was *that* good! As a plus, this location was not packed to the gills on a friday night (unlike the rest of the locations) so we got seated immediately without reservations. Decor is en pointe with a dark minimalist interior. The restrooms were super clean which is indicative of staff morale - shows they take pride in their workplace. Drinks (beers and the Warwick Valley Apple Cider) were delish and moderately priced as well. Highly recommended <3

this place is really just okay Pros: it technically is a nice pizzeria in the neighborhood if you don’t want to walk far aesthetically wise. nice hang out with friends or family. Cons: It does take a long time to get your food. I think they need to hire more workers, i came in and it literally was on two ppl 1 cook and 1 -server/bartender (i felt so bad for him literally running around doing everything himself but every once very patience due that he was the only worker during a lunch rush and he was still VERY pleasant. the quality of the food does not necessarily go with the price. (my bill was $70 for a super small salad that barely had dressing on it and a pizza) no offense definitely was not worth the price.
