I just had a horrible Starbucks experience. Firstly, the cashier was not friendly. I'm sure she was well spoken in English but it didn't feel like it or maybe she's new to the brand because she didn't seem to understand my order. I ordered a pike coffee and a caramel macchiato. She gave me the coffee and I waited over 15 mins for my caramel macchiato. So I asked to replace it and the staff argued with me saying it's still hot. I asked her if she was refusing and she said no. Another person remade it and guess what. The drink was still not hot enough. I think they put too much cream and my guest said it tasted horrible. it wasn't hot either. And obviously so, since I had to wait for so long. There several people after me who got their drink orders before my macchiato. Not sure why. My guest said I was in the Starbucks for about 30 mins!!!! While I waited for my drink, I asked if the cashier could break a 5 bill into ones and she said that she can't open the till. That's fine so I waited and she ignored me. Many people went through and no one paid cash. Also understand I'm standing with my cane and waiting. So then I asked if the manager was there because it looked like she was in front of the cash area. She was. I asked her to break the bill and she got another cashier to give me the small bills. I'm already not feeling valued. When I got my change. I walked to the pick up area and my croissant wasn't heated like I asked. The staff person then heated it but my the time my drink was ready my food was also cold. I didn't bother asked them to reheat. Not happy though. I told stay that I didn't want the first pike drink and they wanted me to throw it but I have my cane in one hand and tray in the other. I really regret choosing Starbucks today. It was the worst decision I could have made. Ruined my happy mood. I expect the Starbucks happy experience and got staff that didn't care. How that makes sense. I'm trying to try it quickly while I'm waiting for my flight. Stay away from...

My mom and I wanted something to drink, so I told her my order and I stayed behind to look over our luggage. She came back an hour later with the wrong order. I had asked for a strawberry frappe and my mom ordered a large green tea frappe. Instead, she came back with a smoothie and a small green tea frappe. I was upset because they had charged my card for the price of a frappe and gave me a smoothie instead, so I went back and asked for it to be remade. The worker took my drink and poured it back in the blender and added more ice and blended it and gave me that instead. He didn't even bother to make a new smoothie he just added more ice! When he handed the drink to me I looked visibly confused and hesitated and he had this attitude and looked at me annoyed. Like brother I'm the one who's annoyed here! I didn't bother to say anything else because I knew this was just going to be a cycle so I gave up. The attitude of these workers is horrendous! I wanted a frappe not a basic smoothie I could...
Read moreExpensive, with a long wait time. I ordered a flat white in the smallest possible size - it’s ok but I’d prefer to have a cup that is half as big and pay less. I requested a chocolate cookie and got an unintelligible response from the attendant. I politely said that I couldn’t understand and she repeated the unintelligible response. A coworker intervened, and translated that she was offering to warm my cookie. That was very kind but it would be helpful to understand that request in the first place. I’ve traveled around the world and speak languages other than English but this really does need some improvement. Overall, a far better airport experience than what I had the last time at JFK but Starbucks could do better especially for the prices that are charged. It’s not good...
