I went to a few other places and I was dreading redoing my kitchen. One place just completely ignored my questions while the employees were stuck behind a computer screen. Another place was dark and didn't have any put together units to get an idea of how things would look like.

It wasn't until my mom's friend recommended this place that we almost gave up. If it wasn't for these folks I wouldn't have gotten my kitchen done. Their service is top notch A+++.

The first day Mrs. Chiu and John walked us through the process and even spent over 2 hours just taking our measurements and inputting it into their application. This allowed us to visualize in 2D and 3D different options ranging from different placements of the stove, dishwasher, angles, cabinet heights and layouts allowing us to truly envision what the final state would be.

They were extremely helpful in helping us pick different patterns, colors, styles and giving very great advice. We ended up getting the cabinets, floor tiles, back splash tiles, handles, moldings and quartz table here.

They came to our house a few times working with the contractor directly to ensure things will go smoothly. Even when it didn't they always stepped in to help. They are always patient and friendly and willing to pick up the phone to discuss anytime or in person. I highly recommend these folks if you are looking to do a small or complete kitchen remodel.

I had an excellent experience working with John at Grand Kitchen Design on my kitchen renovation. John is really outstanding at his job. He understood what I was trying to do from the moment I showed him my concept and the process was very smooth. His customer service skills in person and on the phone are excellent and the great service continued after payment and delivery too. He was always prompt and courteous and easy to talk to. He is very good at design and had some really good suggestions for my remodel.

The cabinets were very fairly priced for the quality and I am very happy with them. The countertop is beautiful. Everything was delivered on time and everyone I dealt with at Gand Kitchen was friendly and helpful. Any issues were resolved promptly and without hesitation.

This is an unassuming place - I really didn't know what to expect - but my contractor said I should check them out and I'm glad that he did. I could go on and on, but you get the point. Our experience working with Grand Kitchen Design was extremely positive. We were originally interested in purchasing cabinets and countertops. John worked with our contractor closely on measurements and sent us a digital layout that helped us throughout our renovation. In the end we did not purchase cabinets through Grand Kitchen -- we were given many high quality options at competitive prices, but we wanted a very particular color that wasn't available. Nevertheless we were really happy with what John proposed.

We were very indecisive when it came to purchasing our quartz countertops. John gave us numerous samples, responded to countless emails from us, tolerated many visits from us and our unruly toddler, and always took our phone calls. This type of personalized customer service is rare. We always felt taken care of. We were highly satisfied with the counters we ended up with.
