This was such a joy to enjoy. Heard about this Filipino food truck on IG. Had to try their famous Chaolong Palawan which had a nice light broth. I really enjoyed the Beef Tapa Rice Bowl and lumpia. It’s cute that some camping chairs are set up across the truck with tv side tables in case you want to eat as soon as it is served. The prices were more than reasonable. Will definitely be back!!

This was such a joy to enjoy. Heard about this Filipino food truck on IG. Had to try their famous Chaolong Palawan which had a nice light broth. I really enjoyed the Beef Tapa Rice Bowl and lumpia. It’s cute that some camping chairs are set up across the truck with tv side tables in case you want to eat as soon as it is served. The prices were more than reasonable. Will definitely be back!!

Dropped by today to try their Chao Long Palawan which is exciting! I never had this before and was looking forward to try regional dishes that is not the universal mascot of Philippines' cuisine: the lumpia or pansit. Flavor wise, it is closer to when sinigang and pares had a baby. Sweet, sour, and herby at the same time. I like it! Had to take 1 star off because the beef was not tender, but tough and chewy. Overall, would love to come back and try other items...
