I never had this before and was looking forward to try regional dishes that is not the universal mascot of Philippines' cuisine: the lumpia or pansit. Flavor wise, it is closer to when sinigang and pares had a baby. Sweet, sour, and herby at the same time. I like it! Had to take 1 star off because the beef was not tender, but tough and chewy.
