Magical!! My husband, dog and I were looking for a late dinner and stumbled upon The Blue Blossom. It was a rainy night but we were able to still eat outside on the front patio as it is housed within the front of the restaurant covered by the roof. They were so great to accommodate our well behaved pup, bringing her water and whipping up a scrumptious beef dinner! It was so sweet and unexpected. Okay - the service was amazing and the food was unbelievable - truly! I got the salmon dinner, which was Brought out in such a gorgeous artistic display that I just sat and admired it for a minute, but HELLO - I swear it is some of the best sushi that I have ever had. I was so surprised because I hadn’t done any research on this new place. We literally just stumbled upon it at 9:30 at night. My husband got the spicy cumin, lamb chops. Holy moly they Literally just melt in your mouth - SOO delicious. We couldn’t have had a better experience. Every time we travel back to Williamsburg we are definitely eating here again!

The Blue Blossom in Brooklyn has quickly become my favorite sushi spot in Williamsburg. I’ve tried many places in the neighborhood, but nothing comes close to the quality and freshness here. I ordered the Omakase Nigiri Set, and it was absolutely stunning — each piece was prepared with such care, using only the freshest fish, and every bite was bursting with the natural flavor that only top-quality ingredients can deliver. The atmosphere is elegant yet welcoming, making it perfect for both a casual night out and a special dinner. The service was attentive, professional, and genuinely warm, which made the whole experience even better. Everything — from the presentation to the taste — felt like it was done with passion and dedication. If you love sushi, this is a must-try. I honestly believe it’s the best sushi in Brooklyn, and I can’t wait to come back and try more of their menu. Highly recommended to anyone who appreciates authentic Japanese dining at its finest. #bestsushibrooklyn.

This is without a doubt the best value Japanese restaurant I’ve found anywhere in the neighborhood. The price-to-quality ratio is unmatched — you really can’t compare it to any other spot around here. The fish is incredibly fresh, the cuts are generous, and you can tell they only use the best ingredients. Every piece of sushi I had was flavorful, clean, and beautifully prepared. On top of that, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the service is attentive without being overwhelming. It feels like a high-end dining experience, but at a price that makes you want to come back again and again. I honestly don’t think there’s another Japanese restaurant nearby that delivers this level of quality for the same value. I strongly recommend this place to anyone who loves sushi — if you’re reading this review, you must give it a try. You won’t regret it.
