This place recently opened and clearly doesn't have its act together yet. I went here with my three teenage sons, mostly because it was close to our hotel and were tired from a few days of sight-seeing. I had a reservation, and we were seated immediately. Someone came and took our drink orders, and then someone else (who turned out to be our actual server) came to take them about 10 seconds later. He then took about 15 minutes to come back and take our food order. We ordered nachos (which were quite good), two burgers (average at best), spicy rigatoni (pretty good), and a steak sandwich (very good). For some reason the nachos (a starter) came out at the same time as two of our entrees, and the other two came out about 10 minutes later (not cool with teenage boys). Our drinks sat empty for quite a while, and no one ever even asked me if I wanted another beer. The fries were lukewarm. When we were done, no one came to give us the check for a good 15 minutes (huge pet peeve of mine). On top of all of that, they charged for refills on the kids' sodas, which is insult to injury when you don't even ask if I want another beer on a Friday night. I'm not ashamed to say that I left a sub-10% tip - something I haven't done in a long, long time. Honestly, any tip was generous after this experience. They need to close for a few weeks to train...
Read moreI had a very unpleasant experience tonight owner said they were closing I told him that I was sitting because one of his chairs broke down on me and I was in pain he immediately starts getting aggressive saying the cameras are going to see the impact from the fall asking if I’m going to report him saying I need to immediately go to the hospital to see what my injuries are doing this weird reverse psychology intimidation act would only work on a child I never said I was going to do anything to harm his business but he automatically assumed and got aggressive instead of asking if I’m okay and at least offering me some time to sit a little that’s the humane thing to do not the barbaric act he pulled acting like this is just going to make people who had no intentions of suing you want to sue you what a shame this would’ve never happened if he didn’t put cheap chairs that are falling apart in his establishment now my feet , back & rib cage are in pain and I can’t get up without assistance as for the food it’s nothing special you can get a heart attack in a bowl anywhere else and save thousands on medical bills this has never happened to me before I am in complete shock if I went inside of a business with the intention of suing them I would go somewhere more prestige instead of an average bar...
Read moreI never dined here , I applied online & was told to come in for an interview. When I arrived I was greeted by a young male at the bar, and was offered a drink of water. I waited for the hiring manager, when he arrived, he got straight to the interview, which I thought was OK in the beginning until he mumbled “ Let’s get this over with”, I found offense to this and should have known he was not interested in hiring me for the Host position; and I was hoping it wasn’t because of my ethnic background. Towards the ending of the interview, he asked me “how old are you ? As if I were “to old for the position “, I’m 34 yrs old . He Asked to see my resume on my phone because he didn’t feel like printing it up due to him just getting in . I find it, disappointing that people are out here looking for jobs and managers are wasting their time and carfare when they have no interest. I dressed professionally and was five minutes early to my interview. Hopefully in the future you can do remote interviews to see which young woman fits your sanders to work at the...
