Tsaocaa Tea Bayside & I'm Mochi Donut — Restaurant in New York

I had a server named Shiki My order was a medium hazelnut latte, with almond milk. Hot. I also ordered five donuts in total. The server is name is above, did not give me espresso at all of my latte. This was December 12th between 6pm-7pm I came back to the store and let her know I literally had to see for myself and it was all hot milk. She told me that apparently lattes do not have espresso. Which makes no sense because this is not known to me or to any customers walking to the store that they do not have any espresso in their latte. Be aware and ask the servers if they have espresso in their lattes. Because unfortunately I got only steamed milk, and unfortunately I couldn’t even get another hazelnut medium latte with actually espresso in it. Or else I need to pay out-of-pocket again and pay more to add expresso It makes no sense for me as a customer to come in the second time. And mind you the first time I came in I was actually given espresso with my latte without even having to say I need it. So this server as named Above told me that the store manager Yang I was actually given espresso with my latte without even having to say I need it. I am appalled by this type of service I will not be coming back until this is actually resolved or someone higher up out of the manager or owner can get in touch with me about the situation. This server would not answer my questions, and she kept repeating to me that I drank it all when I did not. And I had to explain to her if you’re not going to believe me that I’m not gonna continue with this kind of discussion.

Be aware with their drinks Their LATTES ARE ONLY STEAMED MILK THEY STOLE MONEY FROM ME shiki smiling at face asking me if I want To pay again for steamed milk in a cup, which she considers as latte. Even though I see espresso machine behind her. Was an extreme insult to my face and as a person along with my intelligence Never coming back I SUGGEST YOU SAVE YOUR MONEY & DONT...

Came here last December to buy some mochi ice cream as I had just finished midterms. Their mochi ice cream deal is 4 for $10 and is shown in the picture to come in a cute rectangular container. I tried ube, black sesame, passion fruit, and hojicha (I love hojicha anything!!!). The ice cream was delicious, the flavors were strong and not watered down. I especially liked the hojicha and the passionfruit. The ratio of mochi to ice cream was perfect and it wasn't too much mochi wrapping. I was a little disappointed that they had ran out of the cute rectangular containers they have in their pictures. I would come back for more mochi ice cream since its hard to find other places in the bayside area which sell mochi ice cream. Would be super excited if they rotated out flavors and introduced new seasonal...

Been here twice with quite disappointing experience. Ordered a fish soup dish, took over 20 mins to prepare with no other customers. Went home and saw the rice that came with it was all hard, smelled like unwashed rice, grainy with spots of brown like it was old rice, quite unappetizing to see and we didn’t even eat it in the end. They charge $15 for the fish soup dish and they barely put enough ingredients in there as advertised. The other time we ordered bubble milk tea too and they gave us the wrong toppings and tea with no milk as well. Service both times were extremely slow and food is very very mediocre. You def have better options for bubble tea and cooked Chinese...
