We Noodle — Restaurant in New York

I ate here for lunch on a Tuesday afternoon. I was able to order easily on a kiosk, sit down and have my food brought to me all within about 5 minutes - without needing to talk to anyone. Through other people’s conversations, I could hear and see the staff were very polite and efficient. The noodles I ordered were delicious and had a good portion size. We Noodle on 27th Street is a great spot for authentic Jiangxi-style rice noodles. The flavors are rich and spicy, and everything tastes freshly made. I tried the Mouthwatering Chicken, Nanchang Dry Noodles with Pork Intestine, Mixed Noodles, and Beef Dry Noodles — all were excellent. The pork intestine was tender and flavorful, and the chili sauce had just the right level of heat. Portions are generous, prices are fair, and the restaurant is clean and comfortable.
