I am a regular at your establishment and I am really disappointed with the fact that I was ridiculed when I had a few questions in regards to my bill. I asked about the $22 long island charge. The waitress said we charged you for 2 long islands but they only provided 1 so I was a bit confused. The bartender Tina made it a point to walk over to us unsolicited mind you and tell us what she put into the drink and the charges of a top shelf long island costs. It was weird because the waitress mentioned the liquors were unavailable when we requested a round of shots.
Now I am a little bothered at the bartender, Tina's approach when she made a point of stating "then you dont need to come here". I am also agitated at the waitress because Kaitlyn had the nerve to piggy back off of Tina and say "if you don't like the bill then dont eat in our restaurant".
I have no problem paying my bill, i have an issue when I receive poor customer service. I, just as every other patron in your establishment, has every right to question what we are being charged for on the bill.
I felt as if they were discriminating against us. Yes, we are of color and I am sorry that we walked into an all white establishment. I was under the impression that skin tone should not matter, but apparently your establishment is against my complexion.
I requested a manager and the waitresses did not want to provide any information for a manager. They stated the manager does not come to the establishment and will not be able to speak to me. I make over $100k a year and should not feel like I am not welcome in a restaurant because of my color.
At this point, I would like you to be aware that I am escalating this matter. I will be reaching out to the Better Business Bureau and also will provide reviews on multiple websites so other consumers that are of color will not make the mistake of entering a racist...
Read moreCame here to watch and game and grab some food and drinks. This place is just awful. Allow me to elaborate. The service is awful, and you'll get upcharged for topshelf booze you never got. If that isn't enough, Justin Bieber is on a loop. Seriously, this place has non stop Bieber. It's like a dance party for teenage girls in here.
It's also dirty and worn. If Farrah from Teen Mom 2 were a place, it would be wogies. You can tell it's taken a beating and packed a lot of people into it, but little care has been taken to ensure upkeep. There's potential, but the barstaff is too concerned with how little their tips are to care about anything else.
You can get entertainment though. You can see the barstaff throw tantrums over tips. Or, You can watch the male bartender spit game at anything with a Bra; it's like watching a creepier version of the bachelor! The downside however, is you'll go without refills during your show.
Basically, you'd get better customer service during a stabbing in Harlem. Go literally anywhere else, and you'll thank yourself in...
Read moreI live in Florida, and came up to NYC for my birthday. David was my bartender and from start to finish he was super personable and was super friendly. Even gave me birthday wishes which was nice. Fast forward 3 weeks, I am back in NYC and the first place I came to straight from the airport was here! He recognized me because I was drinking pineapple juice with a straw with my tequila! We had a great conversation & I told him that I made sure to look this place up so I could come back and I made it my first stop when I landed in NYC today. He’s a good bartender with great conversation. Honestly I will come back here every time I am in NY because I love the atmosphere, the staff is super friendly, the place is clean, and David just made an impression on me that this spot stuck to me. No exaggerating, I came here straight from the airport with all of my luggage! Thank you David, hands down...
