Highly recommend, hands down. Do you know how difficult it is to find sizable space to present to a large audience at a reasonable prize is? What about on short notice and we need food, and tech, and chairs, and, and,.....
We booked the Mezzanine and it ticked all the boxes. It was a beautiful space with huge glass windows onto the city, green walls, high-end finishes, dedicated bathrooms, a kitchen area with island, sink, and refrigeration. We were supported with ability to hook up our computers to their provided wifi, audio, mics, and screens. We had coordinated for a mix of chairs and tables to support presenting to a group of over 100+ over for a couple hours with refreshments to follow.
Naturally, the building had a few rules to ensure that the space is respected, protected, and could continue be used by all in the future (& hopefully me again!!). As with working with any Property Management, you want to be considerate of how they are able to operate because many times there are strict security and safety codes or building standards they must abide by - deliveries, freight, unions services (custodial, security), etc... Additionally, any space has the right to have certain guidelines for their guests that align with their ability to continue to provide that level of service and expectation for the future. We can all do our part to be good partners and work together to achieve win-win outcomes.
This was our experience with Victoria P. at the Bond Collective. We were very appreciative of the pricing and short notice to secure a space. It is much more difficult than you may think to find everything you are looking for in NYC, unless I suppose you had an unlimited budget (good-luck)! We plan a lot of events and typically you need to plan a few months in advance to scope appropriately for what we were looking to accomplish. We were provided space guidelines that had seemingly put a dent into our prior scoped plans, but what I read is they have a space that they care about and we should do our best to follow those guidelines because that is their space and that is the right thing to do. Victoria became part of our extended team, we just let her know what we were trying to accomplish and she guided us on the best path forward. She literally was a miracle worker in letting us know what options we had and represented the Bond Collective in the best of lights. Not often, do you encounter people of a caliber and character to stay solutions oriented with a customer excellence disposition.
The Mezzanine on Broadway was a really beautiful space. It would be great for large club gatherings (chess, book, mixers, meet-ups), company work events, public speaking engagements, and more. Work with the Victoria, she was very organized, communicative, knowledgeable, and executed our event from quote to good-bye flawlessly. Victoria is the person I am hoping to call again for any next event. The Bond Collective is the group I will explore more opportunities to do...
Read moreI had the pleasure of attending the Adobe event at the mezzanine , and I must say that it was an extraordinary experience from start to finish. This review aims to capture the essence of my time spent at this remarkable venue. From the moment I entered, I was captivated by the venue's stunning chandeliers and stylish interior design. The well-placed seating areas provided ample opportunities to relax and socialize. I had the opportunity to meet Brandon and was privileged to learn more about his experience in these kinds of events. Staff were truly exceptional. Their warm and friendly demeanor made me feel welcome and attended to throughout the event. They were knowledgeable about the venue's facilities, and services, and they were always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests.
The highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the incredible panel. Audio was simply outstanding. The venue's attention to detail extended to the food and catering services as well. Read moreMy husband and I had our wedding at The Mezzanine on New Year's Eve, and the entire event exceeded all of our expectations!
Gina M, the Mezz's incredible venue manager, was a godsend. We were on this journey with her for over two years after having to delay due to COVID, but Gina made sure our rescheduled day ran smoothly from beginning to end.
Gina also connected us with our incredible event designer, Jeffrey Morneau. We were in over our heads and having trouble securing help with decor and planning, and Gina knew Jeffrey had worked in the space and was up for the challenge. Truly would have been LOST without both Gina and Jeffrey.
The space is beautiful - with the right vision and planning it truly came together in a special way for a night we'll never forget. Our guests are still raving, and we're so thankful to Gina and the entire staff at The Mezzanine for working with us through all of the challenges we faced in the lead up to...
