I’ve had the best experience at Advanced Holistic Center. The owner, Dr Irina Logman, has made a point to live up to her business’s name. At AHC, you are assessed and catered to based on what you need. In addition to acupuncture, they offer cupping, hot stone massages, physical therapy, acupuncture injections and other wonderful things I have yet to try. All of her practitioners are incredibly knowledgeable and experienced. You will be in good hands whoever you see as Dr Logman specifically chooses who she lets join her team.

I cannot say enough about Dr Rima. If you’re scared of needles or get a little nervous, Dr Rima is incredible! She listens to her clients and always has a way of calming you down by explaining what each point does and the significance behind them in TCM. This really helps me focus and breathe a little easier knowing what’s going on. She also adds massages to any tight areas and will discuss possible action plans with you going forward. She specializes in chronic pain, and stress management which is something we can all use these days!

A session with Dr Orna will have you feeling light and ready to take on your day. Book a session with her and get ready to release, release, release! She’s fantastic! She adds modalities such a cupping which truly helps!!

Dr Gary is phenomenal! I’ve only been able to see him once because of scheduling conflicts on my part, but after one session I was left pain free for days. As a woman, seeing a male practitioner can feel a bit uneasy, but he makes sure you’re okay every step of the way. If you feel any discomfort, he will trigger another area which eases the needles and allows you to relax. You really MUST make it your duty to see him if you can. I cannot stress how wonderful he truly is enough!!

Can’t make it during the week? AHC has you covered on the weekends with Dr Nikita! She knows exactly what she’s doing and also has a gentle way of putting you at ease before each needle goes in. She’s very knowledgeable and specializes in chronic pain, internal health and emotional release techniques.

Cupping, aromatherapy along with red light and massages can be added to any session with either of these therapists. They are all very kind, gentle, and geniuses at their practice. The Adv. Holistic Center is incredible and really changed my life here in the city. Highly recommend for anyone experiencing physical pain, emotional regulation needs, overall wellness and wellbeing or anything in between including pilates and physical therapy needs. Yhenni who works at the desk, is so kind and helpful and always welcoming. She is quick to help you with any scheduling needs or questions. She is very knowledgeable about all things advanced holistic center! I am lucky to have received treatment from Dr Irina, who travels back and forth to her offices here in the city and in Miami, while she was here. I have received treatment here for my chronic migraines, TMJ pain, and emotional regulation, and Pilates work. I’m so grateful to have worked with Dr. Irina who is an incredible practitioner and Pilates instructor. Every experience with her was incredibly healing and treated with the utmost care. My acupuncturist Liz Roper, LAc and overall experience at this office thus far has been absolutely wonderful!! I’m so thankful I listened to ZocDoc reviews and made a much needed appointment. I initially came in for pain in my upper back, neck/shoulders after I tweaked something exercising and a good massage hadn’t helped. Liz‘s bedside manner is excellent, she’s very friendly and professional, and extremely knowledgeable. She asks questions to better understand your symptoms and genuinely cares about finding the best treatment to help you. I’ve been to another acupuncturist before but the treatments were not nearly as effective or as comprehensive as they are here. I’ve never felt rushed and always leave feeling relaxed and refreshed.

I’ve experienced significant improvement in pain/tension in the area and a boost in my overall mood/level of stress which has been an unexpected positive side effect. Acupuncture is covered by my health insurance so coming regularly since my initial appointment has actually saved me money, since I no longer need to pay for regular massages like I was before I came in. Also just a side note coming from someone who almost passes out from needles at an annual physical, acupuncture needles are nothing that.
