I wish that I could portray just how bad this experience was. We waited in line at the drive through (at the speaker to order) for 8ish minutes before being asked “did you order yet?” By this point I wasn’t irritated yet and we gave our order to an employee who did not understand what I was ordering —an item on the menu. Then proceeded to wait in line for the window for 25 minutes. For a “fast food” restaurant I am honestly not expecting much and I have never left a review for a restaurant before. But this, this was a situation that the public needed to be aware of. Whoever is in charge of reading the company reviews. Send a team to this location as fast as you can or just go ahead and shut it down. Honestly, I am writing this review before even eating my food because I’m too irritated to eat. Also, once I finally got the food ordered my sandwich is deconstructed in the bag. The lady at the window asked if I wanted sauce 3 times because apparently she forgot after the first 2 times being asked. And finally once back on the highway we realize they did not give us straws. So thank you Newnan Arby’s for topping the list as the worst service I have ever experienced. And to corporate, if you see this, again you need to send someone to make some changes. Read moreMy mom and I ordered sliders for our dinner Thursday night, 3 ham and cheese and 3 roast beef. Well we assumed our food order was correct because it was the second time we ordered food from there that day so we just drove back to our room where my papa (who has terminal cancer) was waiting and hungry. Well there was a spicy chicken sandwich in our bag and an order of cheese sticks. Clearly not what we ordered. So I called the restaurant and told them we had gotten someone else's food, the lady told me they were SOOO SORRY and to come back and they would make it right. When we came back around the drive thru, it took 4 different people coming to the window asking us the same questions about our food and got attitude with us. One of the girls, the pink haired girl, I called her even said and I quote " I looked in the bag and I seen the sliders in the bag when I put the sauce in there " A LIE!!!! Someone obviously made food for their self or their friend, someone, and we accidentally got the bag they fixed for someone else. My mom and i were at a complete loss for words wjen they started telling us we were lying! They handled the situation VERY unprofessionally and lost customers because we don't ever be eating...
Read moreGot off work tonight and decided to go to Arby's on the way home. It is about 10-15 mins past my house and there are plenty of other places to choose from closer to my house, but Arby's was the only thing that I wasn't burnt out on and I wanted a roast beef sandwich. So I pull into the drive thru and I'm told they are out of roast beef. "Well, we're not really out but it won't be ready for about another 3 hours". Keep in mind, I arrived at right around 930pm and they close at 12am. At this point, the correct response would be "We apologize, but we are out of roast beef FOR THE NIGHT." NOT " we'll have some ready in 3 HOURS" when you will be closed for 30 mins already.
Needless to say, I pulled away from Arby's with no roast beef sandwich and went down the street to Steak and Shake.
Do better Arby's. I could've spent my hard earned money in your store tonight, but instead I went somewhere else.
