On August 31, 2025, I went Havertys at the Newnan location to retrieve some decorative pillows I ordered back in April. I spoke to Tom the manager at the store and he informed me that the pillows were not there they were in Braseleton. I expressed to him that I spoke to someone a male in the store and they stated they would have the pillows in the store upon my return. Now I’m still waiting for my pillows. I recommend to Tom to compensate me for their mistake he indicated he would give me $45,00 and I stated they should be free. Tom also asked me to return the pillows that were made in error the wrong size back to the store. I went on to tell Tom I was interested in purchasing the buffet which was a part of my kitchen table previously purchased. Tom received a page in the store during the time he was assisting me which he left me standing there while he took care of another a customer during that time I am standing there and then I interrupted and told him I was not done inquiring about the buffet his remark to me was he thought I was finished, I conveyed to Tom I was not finished and told him I will not come back to his Havertys again. Today is September 3, 2025, and I am still without the pillows which I purchased outright. I have furnished my home with Havertys Furniture and paid in full: I felt so disgusted and disrespected as a customer and Tom behavior as a manager is very unprofessional. Read moreI have never been more disappointed in a company in my life. I ordered a sectional. They delivered the wrong piece. Rescheduled to send the right piece 3 different times and never was able to get it right. I finally decided I could no longer wait and wanted to return the piece of furniture. Now they are not refunding me for the full amount I paid and every time I call, I must explain the entire story all over again. By the time that everything gets settled they say they can't do any time until they hear back from the billing department or the store etc. but a week goes by, and nothing happens. So, I must call again and do it all over again. And then to add insult to injury they scratch my new wood floors during delivery. Easily the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
