Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Niles

I had not eaten Dominos in quite a few years (I honestly didn’t like their pizza then). Well, after watching the many commercials that they have on TV, I thought I’d give them another try. I ordered 2 large pizzas with salami and peppers. Pizza was delivered, price was great. Opened the box, and they did have a nice portion of peppers, but they totally ripped me off with the shredded salami. There might have been a total of ten small salami slices (the shredded salami is just that, small shredded pieces of salami- tiny compared to a slice of pepperoni). Then I took a bite of the pizza and quickly remembered why I didn’t like their pizza years ago. Honestly, I thought it was terrible. I had 3 friends at my house at the time, and they all agreed. This was the worst pizza I think any of us ever had. We have so many great pizza places in the area, unless you are trying to save money and eat for cheap, I’d suggest you try one of the family owned local pizza restaurants...

I order from Domino's twice a week and I am generous with my tips because I myself have worked for tips. I ordered 2 pizzas and some pasta at 6:15 today. When order was recoeved one of the pizzas were incorrect. It was missing a topping I paid extra for. So I called at 6:45 to let them know. They said they would have another one sent out for me. At 8:15 I call the store and ask if they forgot about me. They did. So he said the pizza will be right out. At 9:05 pizza arrives. Still wrong. Now we have an extra topping I didnt ask for. It's my bad for having picky kids. Its Domino's bad for not sending me what I ordered in the first place and taking almost three hours to make it right. And it was still wrong....

The best domino's around, when I worked at Meijer I stopped in probably twice a week for the pizzas. There was an older black woman who learned my name and squealed with joy anytime I came in, and I decided to keep going back for her.

Thankfully, the pizza was well worth the enthusiasm it mustered. Never had a bad one from here, never had bad sides or left feeling unsatisfied.

Obviously, Domino's isn't 10/10 or 5 stars, I prefer more local chains, but you'll never go without being satisfied here. The staff are infectious about their job, they've always treated me well, and it's been the most consistent domino's I've had between here, Austintown, and Salem, where I've frequently ordered from.
