My boyfriend called in a garlic pizza. He picks it up, we get it home, starving and ready to eat, only to find the pizza isn’t fully cooked and the sauce was scarce. So, seeing we were so hungry, we heated it up in the oven for a few minutes to get it somewhat crispy. First bite, disgusting. The garlic, was minced. Tasted as if, they took a jar of minced garlic and dumped it on the dough, poured a tiny bit of sauce on the ends, the cheese was completely uneven, I mean, my elementary kids, could make a better pizza. I called, and explained my frustration to the employee who answered the phone. She offered another pizza, I refused, after that, just wanted my money back. So my boyfriend, drove all the way back to Tony’s, he got a refund, but the manager was appalling. All he did was come out from the back room, open the pizza, shook his head, and walked away. No apology for the mishap, which is their mistake, nothing. I’ve been a manager in retail for over 12 years, I would NEVER, treat a customer like that. I would not only, refund the money, but I would humbly apologize and offer a pizza on the house for the inconvenience. But nope! It’s disgusting, how poor the customer service is these days, and Tony’s, definitely won the prize for WORST customer service and pizza I’ve had in a long time. Not to mention, their pizza, is far from NY style or Pizza from up north in general. My dad was a head chef for a pizzeria in CT, where we are from, and the comparison from that to Tony’s, is night and day. I honestly, would have rather had Little Cesar’s, now...
Read moreI would have love to give this place a great review but unfortunately most of your employees ruined me and my daughters experience. We walk in and weren't greeted with a hello, instead we heard... what time is it, aren't we closed and teeth sucking. Next came nothing except employee staring us down... a few seconds later here came a pisst off employee to the counter asking if it was for here or to go. Had anyone asked I would have told them i was picking up an order but nope. When i told the young guy i was picking up he said oh. He grab my order placed on the counter. I said thank you and turned to walk away, another employee across the room then said have a good night. It may seem like nothing to you but when the vibe is so funky that my 7 year old ask why they act like they didn't see us and why were they mad at us. Its a problem! Especially when I already paid for my order! If I could have given you a 0 I would have and if my kid didn't have her mind set on pizza I would have canceled my...
Read more4-25-25. Visited with friend. We had slices of pizza and our friend a white pizza. Our slices were OK, and my friend remarked that the Quatro famaggio Pizza seemed different from what she remembered.
We notice on the soda cups two business names. "Forgot name" Pizza & Tony's pizza. I believe there may have been a ownership change, but check it out for yourself. The pies just seem different.
Normally, I only do positive reviews to reward good businesses with the intent that they stay in business. I have been to Tony's many enjoyable times, eat-in and takeout. This time, I invited a first-time couple, and both of our pizzas came out way over cooked. Hard, dry, and tastless.
My (our) mistake was not immediately bringing it back to counter asking for properly cooked pies.
When leaving, I showed the attached picture to the individual who took my order.
Just blew me off.
Lesson learned immediately bring it to their attention and dispute on cc if...
